Well, this is an oldie but a goodie! I knew there were a lot of punch boards, but I didn't know there were so many! My goodness! Thanks for making it look easy.
I have completely enjoyed watching (and saving!) all your 'My Favorite Crafty Things" video's, Jennifer. I've learned so much from you as I'm new at card making. You can't imagine how inspiring you have been in this process. I'm hooked now! Thank you, Jennifer - for sharing all your invaluable idea's, products, instructions, etc. You're the Best!
Just got around to watching this video. Love the punchboards! I had fun modifying the candy box with a cut-out from a Tim Holtz' Alterations die: the thinnest "Christmas Knits" collection. They fit perfectly on the side of the box to make a window. So cute! Thank you much for all your videos, Jennifer McGuire - you are a crafting treasure to many of us, and a wonderful inspiration to craft and be kind! Blessings!
WOW you must be tired after talking so ffffaaaassssttttt! I see this was 8 years ago and you certainly have slowed down which is really nice since you are my very favorite card designer to follow and have ever since I started in this business. I have read your background and know you have the mind of an engineer which is such an advantage to us viewers because you break down the more difficult things for easy following and remembering. Jennifer, although you are far advanced above others in your field, you have never forgotten the beginner and the not-as-experienced ones. Thank you for that because you have taught me so much during the time I have watched and learned so much from you, over the past 8 years! I think to myself-where would I be today without Jennifer! I do not sell my cards but do it for enjoyment of seeing the smiles and comments from my friends, family and what I have especially discovered, new friends as a result of getting my cards. I love what I do as my hobby and am not pushed by time constraints which makes it totally rewarding for me at 70 years. I even have young ones that I help along and get to enjoy their company when they visit…especially my granddaughters! So how do I thank someone that has brought me all this joy other than saying…a heartfelt Thank You!! (And I always try to remember to give a thumbs up to each video I watch).
On the pillow box I always put the one with the notch out in first because it makes it easier to get that inside flap open easier. If the one without the notch is on the outside one it looks neater and two you don't need a notch on the outside flap to make it easier to open.
Jennifer, I really appreciate all the work you put in to your videos. You are very good at explaining things and I have learned so much about paper crafting and card making from you. Wonderful Crafty Things Series! Thank you!!
Thank you for this wonderful series, i have enjoyed all of them, they were so informative, i have the envelope punch board as most do lol, might think about getting the others, ok now i'll go and watch some of ur vids on how you create ur beautiful cards thx again Wendy
The pillow punch is easier to make without a punch board IMO (if anyone is still thinking of picking up one or the other). I Practiced with a toilet paper tube and found the only thing needed with regular paper is to create a seam to glue. They are so pretty when finished.
Thank you so very much for all your detailed videos. I have enjoyed watching each and every one of them and picked up lots and lots of valuable tips along the way!
For the pillow box, shouldn't you put the finger tab on the inside flap? Because it's relatively easy to get the first one open, but the second one gets pushed in and sort of stuck.. Sorry I'm just being nit picky ;-P.
Hi Jennifer - I think the obvious answer to my question is going to be, *Don't press so hard*, but try as I may, the folds seem to always tear or the crease is actually a cut in the paper. Can you suggest a better tool than the one provided and can you suggest a paper/cardstock that can stand up to the process? Thank you
I have the envelope board and the candy box and the box should be here Monday! Thank you for showing me how to do this! Should I use card stick for the candy box or can I use patterned paper?
I think you have the problem assembling the big box because you put adhesive in it, which doesn't give you the wiggle to get the hooks around each other. Other than that the series was fantastic, so many great products. Thanks.
I have just finished watching your videos, and I must say I am inspired. I have only resently started card making and obviosly have a lot to learn. Your videos are so helpful. Thanks for sharing. Keep them coming. By the way, how large is you Craft Room? It seems you have a lot in it. Regards Liz.
Jennifer, THANK YOU!!!! I've been a paper person for a looong time. I can't tell you how much you've helped me rejoin the paper crafts world. Even these simple envelope and box templets are fun again. THANK YOU🙂
Goodness this is 5 years ago! How come I am just finding them ?? Saw a large score board that had the ribbon 1 2 3 attached ..... I’m lost ? Cannot find a large score board ...... positive it was we are memories though .....do you add different parts to large score boards ?

Cant decide between the candy punch board or the pillow punch board. Both are so cute!!!
