Coach Ryan is the greatest! Love seeing this new offering from him. He is funny, insightful, creative, and encouraging in his approach. Worth the listen!
Thank you 😊 Alexa! I’m honored to work with leaders of your caliber! 🤝
Thank you Ryan for the deadline talk! Deadlines are every procrastinator’s worst enemy. Having a community behind me is invaluable.
You did it!! I’m celebrating you today!
Accountability partners have been a key aspect of my life since my high school years. I've always struggled to start off projects by myself.
This new era of support and awareness seems to be the right path for all of us!
💯
I can’t make as much progress without them!
Coach Ryan is the best coach ever! at least for me! His techniques had helped me a lot to overcome my struggle with ADHD. He's also my brother, we are brother, from other continent! I'm proud of him!
Coach Ryan is an AMAZING ADHD coach and an even MORE amazing human being and what it means to be authentic, empathetic and REAL. I can say that from experience and our connection in LIFE. I am grateful EVERY DAY for Ryan’s help and support on my journey in LIFE and how I am MORE than my ADHD. 💞 (and I am not a DOG 😂)
Yes- Managing time is definitely a struggle.
Thanks for the help you provide me in every aspect of life, AMM!
Thanks for bringing awareness to ADHD. It can be tough, but it's great to hear about the positive aspects too.
Thanks for being part of my trusted team, Oscar!
Deadlines keep me focused on staying on task!
Deadlines + Accountability partners = Success!
👏 🙌 👍
Thanks for being MY Accountability Partner on the DAILY!!
Love the self-reflection on getting the podcast done and setting deadlines to help!
I learn from the best! 😉
My project is that I have a class I am teaching that starts in mid-August, and I have been putting off the review of the material in each module. I keep thinking, I have so much time to work on this. But then before I know it, it's the day before the first class and I can see myself trying to review the first module when all of them should be done. I really related to the guy in the video who thinks he could get everything done in one day. That's how I feel about this project. Either I do it today - every single module - and put everything else on hold that I have to do, or I don't do it until I absolutely need to do it. And I can so easily "forget" about a project - it's like my brain has a little room that stores all the stuff I need to work on, but not now. I can still hear those projects screaming at me every day, "I"m still in here! Don't forget about me!" I am going to go to your Patreon community and see if I can't find an accountability partner to get me motivated and focused to work on ONE module.
@Drew - WHEN will you go into the community to ask for an accountability partner? (And how will we know you’ve done it??)
Ryan is brilliant with how he delivers his wealth of knowledge regarding all of the layers of ADHD! He’s engaging and connects on all levels to keep his audience and clients learning and growing in many different ways! 🙌🏼❤️🤗
Thank you for such kind words. Means even more coming from a fellow ADHD Coach like you, Katelyn. Thanks for always encouraging me and being in my corner! It means more than you know.

Deadlines with accountability: equally the best and most frustrating things in my life haha
Love ‘em.
Dread ‘em.
NEED 😳’em.
Reminds me of the meme “It will never stop being funny to me that the best way to medically treat ADHD is to remember to take a pill at the same time every morning.”
#adhd #TheStruggleIsReal #ThePillsDontBringTheSkills
Great job Ryan!
Thanks for your support Erica!
I love your Tiktok, so it's awesome to have found your podcast AND now I can watch it on RUclips :) It helps my ADHD brain to have multiple access points to content that's actually helpful 🔥

Why dingbat tho?
@@RyanMayerCoaching I made it when I was 16 and just went with it lol
I sttruggle a LOT with getting out of home, even more than starting to work,! XD
With ADHD, productivity is enhanced by finding an accountability partner to help you get started and accomplish what you set out to do!
Now vs Not Now is soooo true. Oh, the neurotypical who can say this is due in 3 days and make progress today. Meanwhile, in my world, that's not now so I'm not going to budge until 3 days from now.
So true! ADHDers move on the deadline day!
2 decader over here!
Same. It hits hard thinking about it that way.
Haha #ryanreminder. Love it.
Proud to serve as your wingman, Wing-Man!
Completing a project on my car! Argh! “You can’t get everything done in a day.” #deeptruths
Yeah - that was so powerful 💪 when I heard it too!
