I wanted to share a shocking experience I recently had with an order from Flipkart. I purchased a brand new Sony 24-70mm f2.8 GM lens worth ₹1,30,000, but what arrived was a broken, used, non-functional, very old Sigma lens that’s essentially worthless!

flipkart is total working on scam. most discounted are either old stock and flipkart customer service also useles..
Amazon also has issues. But somehow the customer care helps to resolve them. Better than Flipkart. People should boycott Flipkart

Hello bro, Amazon is no different. I had ordered, Canon rf 14 to 35 mm f2.8 lens, worth 1.7 Lakhs and I was delivered with Canon 100 to 400mm f5.6 to 8.1 worth 60k. It took 1 week for Amazon to accept that they have delivered wrong product. And 2 weeks for return and then another 2 weeks for refund. It's a scam which is happening in Amazon as well. For photography I have decided to buy only from store. Amazon and flipkart is waste for that matter.

they will not revert. it will take 3 months. i have raised 15 complaints in consumer forum. after 3 months i got refund for fake dummy laptop. you need to struggle alot to get money from back. raise complaint immediately in consumer forum

Amazon would never sell fake bcoz their all seller go through a process of verification and are then registerd at Amazon.. there can be defects in products of amazon but not fake as my frnd works in partner seller program so I know abt it

Never ever buy camera bodies & lenses from online sellers. Always go to local sellers to buy cameras n lenses.
I'm doing wedding photography for 11 years n I always go to local sellers for cameras. Most of them r reputed & doing business for years.
Even on Amazon, sometimes some sellers r fraud n sell stuffs in same way. They sell things at lucrative price. Not everyone checks sellers reviews.

@@thatsmimo You are correct in a way.I purchased my lens worth 2 lakhs from designinfo because they had delivered to me dji drone and osmo pocket 3 creator edition without any issue.Recently one of my household item was missing from amazon order due to theft,amazon reimbursed me in no time.I do prefer amazon but sometimes flipkart gives better deal,its grocery service is better than amazon as its open box delivery.
Some sellers do not have any values...Money refund policy..very difficult......

I am a sony apsc user and was going to order sony 11 mm f1.8 from flipkart as it had amazing deal on hdfc credit card. But I don't know why I didn't go for it. But looking at the video I am feeling sorry for you and at the same time thankful to God that I didn't buy from flipkart.
I had purchased tamron 17-70mm from offline retailer and the experience was amazing, Although I had to pay in advance to open the box, but I was taking test shots from the lens in front of dealer and had no issues with the lens.
Lesson learnt - never buy lens online. Time is money.

I agree, consumer court complaint helps a lot. Mere saath bhi same issue hua tha I ordered a columbia shoes from ajio par bilkul different product deliver hua and they refused to replace or refund. Consumer court me complaint karne ke baad they refunded entire amount + the legal notice fees also.
