What on earth is a sound in the opener? It sounds like the Willhelm scream

Great school house and what all battle staffs are taught and need to learn. If a staff doesn't master this in a time intensive environment (Remember the 1/3 2/3 rule) then you will have a poor plan.
    So in closing:
Perfection is the enemy of good enough
A plan that is 80% with plenty of time to execute is better than a 100% plan with no time left for subordinate units to make their own plan.
My favorite: strive to issue an a 5 paragraph op order that is one page in length. This is where SOP's come in.
But before a staff can do that, it has to master MDMP. Many have tried few have fully succeeded.

OK he says "Volume 2 ATP 5-0.2-1" which is volume 1. Volume 2 is ATP 5-0.2-2.
