a'ight i honestly really miss cooking already, making content and shit xD
it's what made me happy during winter break, but recently i haven't been in the best headspace
so i just wanted to make another duet cover, any song that could guarantee success(i've discarded many covers in the past few days because they just wouldn't work)
but while listening to the lyrics, i realized that this might sound a bit like the twins singing to eva, and each other
the distribution of the lyrics may be a little odd, but i wanted each of them to sing parts that they would sing, like vergil singing "we're all still here" and dante singing "we raise a glass to you"
anyway, enough with my rambling, it sounds a bit off at the end because of the backup vocals
lyrics may be wrong here and there because they're different in every website
but i hope you enjoy nonetheless
It was STILL beautiful, man! That being said, let's just say I have been in your position before! And I know how hard and painful it can be! For me, years upon years of pain, loss, grief, and worse, last August, I FINALLY had to get professional help for everything I've been through! It just hit such a f-ed up point, I was like:' That's IT, I MUST do something about this!' Thank God I was not only able to get the help I needed, but, it WORKED! I now am better than I have been in YEARS! The reason why I shared this, was to show those out there,, you are NOT alone! Keep fighting, and NEVER give up! This is actually hella depressing if you analyze the song deeply. Here, Vergil and Dante refer to Eva as a “ghost from the past”, meaning that they’ve come to accept that she’s gone, and she’s never coming back. But both Dante and Vergil try to hide their pain; Dante with his wise-cracking jokes and Vergil with his prideful stoicism. But deep down, they both are actually really depressed inside, and the only thing holding them together is each other.
Coming back to listen to this again, I genuinely began tearing up the moment I read the last word. I'm not one to show emotion, but... fuck, man. This hits HARD, Huracan.
You know when you made something special, when you hear the first few SECONDS, it is wonderful and beautifull as F%#@! HOW IN THE FRICK, that you keep knocking these out of the park! (added to Vergil Playlist!)

I like to imagine that this two are somewhere in karaoke, maybe a little drunk, trying to sing over each other, but during the song they just turn into great brother duet that makes all karaoke cry
The fact that the AI has *SO MUCH* dialogue to go through for vocals just makes this even more impressive, eh? At first, I thought this was about Dante and Vergil's relationship as brothers. After reading your comment about the song being about their mother, Eva, it makes a lot more sense. Either way, this cover is absolutely beautiful. Barely any AI stutters, pauses, amazingly well done vocals; so on and so forth. Kudos to you, kyle. Kudos. I hope to see more songs from you like this, even if it doesn't feature Dante, Vergil, Nero, Urizen or V. Hell, even any of the Devil May Cry crew in general! Once more, kudos to you! I raise a toast in your name, for all of us here.

But in all seriousness, I appreciate it a lot and I'm glad you enjoy the covers! I don't mean to brag but I do think my covers are some of the cleanest DMC AI covers out there xD I'm happy that I got to improve the models/covers and that there are people who like them. "Everything shall be done with absolute exquisiteness," after all xD
