Asalaamu alaikum. Your statement "no mu'minah would say these things" rederring to asking for a khula and the likes, are you implying that if she does she will be in error? Also if she did, would she fall under the one who asks for a divorce with no reason (ie. Amd wont smell the scent of jannah) ?

Good points alhamdulilah . It is a matter of Eman for the women and women are very jelous I used to compare my self the sahaba when he was extremely jelous over his wife to the point he chopped of the neck of the horse she road 😂 sorry .. but a lot of brothers can't keep up they often don't give there wife's there intamacy rights and make them feel as if they are being forceful alhamdulilah money is important but you will find many women who will support there men and are not materialistic .. any woman would be ok with this is her husband is loving kind honest it's all about how you are as a man and how you carry your self and your word is important without it your nothing. Khir insha'Allah it's not easy not for the women or men .

Six states - Arkansas, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, North Carolina and Tennessee - have passed both the anti-Islamic-law to "counter terrorism"...are those unlawful laws of the land... if you are talking about the West...the definition of what's illegal is not always set in stone for social issues and can be legally challenged in that just bc locally illegal doesn't mean supreme court and etc would uphold that... the question is polygamy against the Constitution and the answer is no...esp these days with polyamorous "relationships"... as long as person is not legally married then they claim those relationships to be "spiritual marriages" so it's whatever...it's basically discrimination bc with that logic then having a mistress and adultery should be made just as illegal and it's not...also places like Utah do even really uphold it...but ya in some places it's a felony which is crazy, but apparently having groupies is fine...it's basically used by feminists to discourage and scare Muslim, Mormons etc to not do
