As I always say, I love your honest reviews, the fact that you even put ISSUES as a timestamp, shows how genuine and honest you are. Thank you so much!
We used to have the AK2000 before but realised we don’t really use gimbal that much and not producing many cinematic videos. So we sold it and now consider to buy a smaller one for our small camera (ZV1) in case we want some cinematic shots 😆 Awesome and honest review as always, love the fact this AK2000C is slightly lighter than the previous version. A really good gimbal overall!
I agree this is meant for smaller mirrorless or small dslr cameras....you can try to counterbalance by adding weight but won't be best of idea as it will stress the axis...I love the features in the settings
Seriously what perfect timing! P and I was just talking about wanting a newer gimbal as well! Appreciate you always keeping it honest with us for the reviews :)
This timing is perfect because I really want to get a gimbal very soon and I also don't want to spend more than £200 or so and it's in my budget! Thank you for the amazing review!
After using the gimbal only 1 time in 3 years we've recently decided to sell our crane 2 as well 😂 for the exact reasons as you Aaron. We've decided to change to the DJI pocket 2 though as it is so convenient carry in the pocket and pull it out instantly.
Yeah the crane 2, while being fantastic, was just wayy to bulky and clunky for our needs. Great choice on the DJI pocket 2, that's a great little camera gimbal. My father in law has one!
I've used this gimbal for the past 3 years and it's ok. When i use my nikon z6 with the 14-30mm lens attached, even after balancing, calibrating and auto adjusting the motor strength, i keep getting random micro jitters in my footage. I do real estate video so those jitters are a big no no... I'll be upgrading to a Zhiyun weebill 3S with the adjustment handle to have an increased payload. Hoping that will help
I’m so glad I saw this video, I have this gimbal and IVE BEEN STRUGGLING to find a way to use a monitor, you showed me theres literally a handle, if you can, can you please tell me where I can get it? Thank you THANK YOU
I've heard Feiyutech was a gimbal brand rebranded for other big brand(that I won't name) is that true? I've used feiyutech gimbal before and I don't have any complaints its a very good gimbal for the price
Thanks for the excellent video. How does this compare with the FeiyuTech G6 MAX, which I was about to order? Payload is not a consideration as I’ll be using a Fujifilm XT30 with smaller prime lenses most of the time. Thanks again.
Hi Ewing and thanks! Unfortunately I've never had the chance to use the g6 max. It has a very low payload though of 1.2kg I think, so I know you said it's not a problem for you, but it might be in the future if you decide to get some bigger lenses or upgrade the camera body.
I really hate how floppy some gimbals are. It makes it so difficult to carry them about especially when you can't bring them in a case. The locking mechanism on the fintech is amazing. Definitely, something that every gimbal should have!
Excellent Stuff Bro! really like the LCD screen on this one! I'm still using the original Ronin-S, was the only thing that could hold the Canon 5D MarkIV at the time, moving more to using the lighter Canon R series cameras, but my RF lens (15-35) still makes it a beefy set up :-/ But looks like it suits the M50 really well!
I think it should okay with the R cameras, but yeah the bigger RF lenses could tip the scales, as long as it's under the max payload it should be okay though. The OG ronin S was pretty beastly from my memory!
Using this with an Came S-100 Steadicam rig, best cheap hybrid system. The Steadicam EFP is still arounf $12,000 mint used. Most Stedicam systems go up to $45,000. Sadly no Gimble in the world is going to give you the glide float feature which is what makes the Steadicam irreplaceable.
Would you prefer the S without focus pull over the C. I’m thinking about getting the S Bc I found it for like 30$ more then what I paid for the C. Any suggestions?
They are fairly similar tbh from what I can see. Check out a comparison video by a channel called 'Trending Reviews', he explains the similarities and differences really well!
Hi...! Why is it that a few minutes after connecting my Canon M50 to my AK2000C, the camera logo on the left upper part of the screen disappears? But even if it disaappears, I can still change the from camera to video and vice versa... The problem is the shutter button doesn't work for photo and video shooting... But if I "long press" the shutter button, the 5 sec burst works... Hope you can give me some help... Thanks 🙏🏼...
It is incredible how much gimbals change and improve within a few years... actually months. You know that we have been without a gimbal since the c70 came into our lives. 😂😂 For some reason even though the gimbal is small, it looks heavy, but i guess it is just the design
I just ordered one. Since a charger is not included, what the best way to charge it? Will connecting the USB from my computer be adequate, or will this be too slow? Should a buy a new charger of some sort?
Hello friend, thanks for the video, my gimbal has no language option, only the option appears in English... do you know how to leave it in English at least? or Portuguese? ps: I'm Brazilian.
What gimbal are you using? Let us know here 👇
I have a feiyu G6 plus for my canon m50
@@AgionOros Oh awesome, that's a great gimbal!
This is not really to lightweight setups. It can faciliate over 2.2 kg worth of camera
Ak2000c
This one and found its simple to use.
As I always say, I love your honest reviews, the fact that you even put ISSUES as a timestamp, shows how genuine and honest you are. Thank you so much!
Thanks guys, appreciate that!
Great review bro. Thank you for being one of the few youtubers to review this gimbal and ACTUALLY show footage of it being used 🙌
Haha, glad it was helpful!
Ah that Jump Rope video was so chill to watch 👏

Love that you added the jumping rope on this video.
Oh that wood handle, looks unique but not sure about the slippery part.
This is the best review I’ve seen on this camera, really helpful to have an expert’s critique and opinion!
Thank you! Glad you find it useful!
i like how very well this fits in a bag. it makes travelling very easy.
100%!!
cool! a miniscreen! man, gimbals keep innovating and becoming more and more functional!
The touch screen on the gimbal looks really useful. The footage looks great too, seems like it would be great for lighter cameras like you say.
I think Feiyu makes the best gimbals, great and detailed review my friend.
Thanks! They definitely do some great work!
love your SF2 mug!
Haha thanks, I'm a SF geek (been playing all the mainline games and crossovers since I was a kid and was a SF4/SF5 tournament player for a while!)
Seriously what perfect timing! P and I was just talking about wanting a newer gimbal as well! Appreciate you always keeping it honest with us for the reviews :)
Happy to help!
great review,Early Wednesday frd
Thank you 😃
This is literally like the perfect gimbal for a student like me! It seems like that apart from the payload everything is great

Thank you! Good luck with the gimbal shopping! Let us know if you need any more recommendations or advice!
I just bought one. Very good review!
Hope you enjoy it!
Very nice you can control with your phone...7hrs of usage is not too bad.its pretty sturdy and steady while you were on the run
Can you please provide the link to the handle you use 5:48
Can you use any camera on this gimble. I have a Sony A7IV
Thanks. Awsome video
Yes you can most of the popular mirrorless and dslr cameras. You'll have no issues with the a7iv :)
Super review!
Thanks!
GREAT STUFFF!
that wood handle reminds me those revolvers with wood handle! it's nice, but feels kinda weird to see it in a tech gadget like a gimbal
oh, slippery! yeah, I also think a rubber with a some more ergonomic shape would be better...

Thank you so much for this video review and demonstration. I love how simply you explained everything, even for a noob like me! 😎
Glad it was helpful! :)
I really want a gimbal, this price seems very reasonable and the footage looks amazing!
It's definitely a good starter gimbal especially if you're just using it with a smaller and lighter setup :)

Yeah I've since moved on to DJI RS3 Pro because this gimbal was only really designed for smaller setups.
@@RudyVisualsAh I see, nice. What made you choose the DJI over the Zhiyun Weebill/Crane lineup?
when you shoot in low mode 9:25 how you change when i use that its hard its stock
Ooo so cool to see the jump rope lady again! Assuming that entire video was shot using the ak2000c?
Ooo about two thirds of it was. We had the a7iii and tamron 28-75 on this gimbal, and also the a7 riii and 70-200 for a few shots handheld.
This is great! and its lightweight! time to get that cool cinematic moves goin'
Thanks for watching!

Hey there! Have a look on amazon. There's a few different handles you can get that are universal!
I love the size and weight of this gimbal 😊
great video been looking for someone using canon and sony on this gimbal super thanks!👍
Glad it was helpful!
nice, i use the older version of feiyutech gimbal for mobile phones before and it is really good
Yeah they make really good budget gimbals for sure!
Struggling to get this to balance with my a6300 and sigma 16mm any tips would be GREAT
Try to lock the other axis and balance one at a time. You shouldn't have too much issue with that camera and lens combo.
I've heard Feiyutech was a gimbal brand rebranded for other big brand(that I won't name) is that true? I've used feiyutech gimbal before and I don't have any complaints its a very good gimbal for the price
Excellent stuff bro
I need it
Thanks man, appreciate it!
Thanks in for detailed review. is it compatible with Sony Rx 10 M iv?
Thanks! I'm not sure if you can connect it (to control the camera from the gimbal), but it will mount and work as normal no problem.

Is it compatible in Fujifilm xs10? 👍 Thanks
It should work no problems with it :)
@@RudyVisuals thank you for the reply...I just got my Fujifilm xs10 4 days ago, still exploring it.😁
will this work on Canon 90D + tokina 11-16? thank you! I am planning to purchase this 😄
Yeah should have no issues with the 90D as we use it with an 80D fairly often :)
Can it hold canon eos 850D?
Yes, no problem :)
@@RudyVisuals Thank you. 😊

Yep should work great with a6100!
i have one for my eos r but with zoom like rf24-105f4 balancing is crazy even on wide angle, back engine is too close ^)

Is this good with my Canon 700D + Yuongnu 50mm & kit lens??? I hope u notice my question
Hello! Yes it work great with that :))
@@RudyVisuals thank u so much! This will help me since I'm a beginner and in a tight budget. Thank you. 💛

It’s very handy and looks so lightweight.,I seen some that it’s really heavy.. thanks for the review well consider this..
Thanks for watching!
Do you think it can hold a zve10 with a 18-105?
It can be a bit funny with big zoom lenses but if you balance it somewhere around 60mm it should work fine :)
Does it work with the Cannon T6i?
Yes it does!
Can you use it for vertical mode?
Yes you can :)
I always hear people complaining about the setup but this was a breeze to get set up even with CanonRP
nice foootage!
Thanks!
I am using the AK2000C but cannot balance the tilt axis with the SONY ZV E10
Hi, do I have to have all the shoulders unlocked while shooting?
Yep that's right.
Is canon powershot XS 60HS fit to ak2000c, thanks
Yes it will mount fine with that camera :)
Can't get it to connect to the Canon EOS RP mirrorless with RF 24-105mm
I have the Manfrotto gimbal and it's basically an ak2000c
Hi...! Why is it that a few minutes after connecting my Canon M50 to my AK2000C, the camera logo on the left upper part of the screen disappears? The payload is not that bad most cameras you would use on a gimbal don't go past 2kg
Can i put a manfrotto plate on this gimbal?
I believe so yes :)
can it hold the eos 77D?
Yes it will :)
We this on a 7d please?
Yes can!
What app can I use to control the gimbal to my phone??
It is incredible how much gimbals change and improve within a few years... actually months.

Totally agree! I just wish someone would invent a gimbal that self-balanced for you!
im very late, but may i ask if it is Good to use for dslr like nikon D3500?
It will work great with it :)
I just ordered one. Since a charger is not included, what the best way to charge it? Will connecting the USB from my computer be adequate, or will this be too slow? Should a buy a new charger of some sort?
The provided usb c cable is enough, it charges in around an hour and a half.
@@RudyVisuals But what do I plug the usb cable into to charge it? Is the computer adequate?
Wow I wasn't expecting the price to be so low!
WANT!
:D
Can my 90D canon work on it????
Yes it should be no problem!
does it work okay with lenses that zoom out?
Yes, with our tamron 28-75 it had no issues keeping up.
Did someone tested it with Panasonic G85?
I'm not 100% sure if you can connect it (to control the camera from the gimbal), but it will mount and work as normal no problem.
the price of this gimbal is very competitive. it would be very good for my m50.
Yep, worked really well with our m50 too!
The USB side of the Charger gets pretty hot when plugged in, anyone experiencing the same thing ?
Yeah it does get a bit warm but I think it's safe. The same how my phone gets warm when it's charging too.
@@RudyVisuals Nice, Thank you for answering !
when showing footage don't shot it in slow motion please thanks because everything looks good in slow motion
Thanks for the feedback, there are some normal speed parts in the full jump rope video :)

It should be set to English by default. I'm not sure if there is a way to put Portuguese on it I'm afraid!
Is this compatible to my nikon D610 with nikkor 85mm lense?
Yep :)
