Had a minor issue with mine, her head wouldn't swivel very well so had to pop it off, worked better afterwards. Think I'll pick up a few on clearance for customs.
I haven't seen The Acolyte and don't plan to, but I really like this figure just as a random background character. I can't wait to pick one up at Ollie's.
Even though i loved the acolyte i cant help but be a little mad that the acolyte figures are the ones getting loaded up with accessories Osha mae even indara is getting an accessory that the blqck series didnt get I just dont understand why hasbro couldn't put this amount if effort into figures people actually want
So proud there’s so few thjngs I needed after buying a dozen of the stormtroopers from the Leia wave… the rest of this year is gona be exceptional for my wallet.
I'm planning to get one to go with my Sol. The Walmart I found Sol at sold through the other 4" Acolyte figures, so I'll have to wait for another place to get them.
Hey, BB! Nice toy. Not much of a customizer but I started wondering how this might look w the head of the new SW Leia. Too bad the show was such a spectacular trainwreck
Finding myself repurposing A LOT of new media figures for things we'll likely NEVER get from cannon/legends, i.e. Mandalorian Judge (Kal Skirata/Republic Commando books), Mandalorian Super Commando (Walon Vau/Republic Commando books). This is going to make a solid generic mechanic in a hangar diorama; she'd fit right in on Yavin. These reviews are great inspiration for finding those niches.
I dont know if questions left here will make it onto ask bossk but here goes. QFNW: With the cobb vanth deluxe price matching a 6 inch black series in some places, at what point, price wise, does tvc become unfeasable? I mean, theoretically, there has to be a ceiling on a 3.75 inch figure. Where would you personally draw the line? I believe anyone who says "i collect tvc so im all in, and would basically pay whatever hasbro ask" are doing a disservice to themselves and other collectors. I would appreciate your honest thoughts on this. Cheers.
It seems like they didn't bother with a wash again the little droid having some paint seems to be most of the paint on this figure, the rest is just plastic coloured lol I guess it works.. but a Wash would really make it pop, and silver on the buckles on the bag would've made it feel better combined with a wash.. most the bags just look like lumps of plastic. Hopefully they make a bunch of her so we can get her at a discounted price for customs i can't say myself i'd buy her, but i've already seen a custom Endor trooper using her body and Koska's head haha... Hasbro have making figures down.. now if we can get them to paint properly and keep that cost down and stop blaming the factory for their issues.. and maybe focus on fixing some of their production issues (not realizing kitbashes and repaints, picking weird characters, delaying popular characters for years)
Zero interest in the character but the figure itself looks pretty good overall, aside from the hair anyway. And I agree that it has several custom potential, thinking that most of it could be reused for Peli Motto. I'll be waiting for sale prices before I buy any though $17 is a bit much for fodder.
Not to get too devisive, but the show was absolute garbage, but I like the figure and makes a great female buck for mechanic types (reminds me of the Acid Rain type figures). PS the lack of paint apps on recent figures as you mentioned previously, is very concerning especially with his one. Defo another one for the customisers among us.
absolute waste of plastic, designer time, paper and a figure slot. This is a definition of an A++ assignment in a C class because as a figure, this thing is great. I am also jealous of all the accessories she's got without being labeled deluxe. Arguably as much as recent Jango.
Hasbro keep going on about how expensive the molds are for making figures. Well what a waste this mold was. Just think of the figures we could of got if they didn't waste money materials ect on the mold for this garbage. As BB said good for kit bashing. That's it only selling point.
I was gonna skip all these as i didn't watch the show, however the figures are all absolutely brilliant and I'm thinking some extra heads in my cantina
It's great to have diversity in the Star Wars universe. It's disturbing to see all the negative misogynistic and racist comments against some of the new characters in recent yrs. There is so much fear and hatred in the world these days. Just something that needs to be said.
Pretty idiotic take but that's why we have free speech some people want to take away.. But just and FYI as it seems you're too young to know about all the diversity we've had in the past and just want to regurgitate divisive talking points. The only reason this is "a thing" today is because of paid agitators because the "masters" can't have us all getting along plain and simple.
Where in the comments of this video does anyone say anything racist or misogynistic? I’ve read all of them and people are simply saying this is a bad character from a bad show or that this figure is going to be a peg warmer.
One things for certain.. This figure will be on discount shelves EVERYWHERE collecting dust..
Actually, in my area she is the first to sell.
A really well done figure and great accessories for kit bashing 👌
Lots to love about the figure - its great custom fodder 😂 Love it 👌🏾
I'd pick up a few of these for customs and background characters
I really liked the show and am so happy that both twins and Sol came out in the same wave. Now I just need the Stranger
If you want A Stranger for free, just sit on your hand for 5 minutes.
The figure looks great, love all the details
It's a great figure, I don't regret picking her up at all. She's just never going to be displayed as "Osha"
Had a minor issue with mine, her head wouldn't swivel very well so had to pop it off, worked better afterwards. Think I'll pick up a few on clearance for customs.
Not an Acolyte fan, but love this figure. I can see her populating my Cantina next year alongside Dr Aphra. Cheers, BB!
Dis track sold separately.
Coming to an Ollie’s near you!
Might be useful around the streets of tatooine too 👍🏻

Agreed on the customization possibilities. Too bad it’s not a male figure…that would have been absolutely fantastic!
Q tim acolyte figures going straight to clearance. You thank they'll b worth anything yrs in future?
That’s a very nice figure.

How on earth would anyone mistake a Star wars figure for a GIjoe,😂😂😂 but looks can be deceiving Books, love the review.
It’s a very versatile sculpt and I like the amount of accessories. Def not my fav character or my fav show but a nice figure nonetheless.
I’ve bought carded and loose of every TVC release, but I had to hold my nose and force myself to get one of these on sale at Target for $11.99

Boring Elsbeth has a new challenger for the title of the peg warming championship 🏆

Show was fine and so is this figure.
@@Mecha82 Good for you. But I stand by my critique that is was "garbage"
Got a laugh at that ( I HAVE to review). Waste of plastic and a number slot
Osha and Aniseya I woudn't buy those figures if you paid me they destroyed starwars !!! 🤮🤮🤮but I enjoy your show!
Well that's just your opinion man.
Nope
The ultimate peg warmer, rivaled only by reva, rose tico and vice admiral gender studies😂😂😂😂
We never got a TVC Admiral Holdo figure and I still want one.
@@lamarravery4094 lets hope hasbro never wastes plastic on making one
@@alpha-2235 While you think so not everyone does.

They've specifically said that they have mandates from Disney when it comes to new media characters.
I never let that in my house. Might as well be Power rangers
Great review bro, this is a great figure. Really digging her handroid. Wish they made the Stranger with two heads and two lightsabers
3.75" 4life!!
That definitely is a gi joe figure just swap the head
I think the hair piece on this figure is horrendous. Toupee Mae!!! Even though it’s Osha.

How did you get her mate? STAR?

I think its sad to live in a world, where if you dont like a character, your automatically a woman hating racist.
Honestly some people just love to hate and pretend like they opinions are facts. Don't let them effect your enjoyment.
I couldn’t stomach more than one episode of the show, but that figure is pretty decent looking

This is probably not the place for you. Tim loves TVC and he clearly loves the hobby. Your comment was trolling.
