I live in Bloomington Indiana. Indiana is really backwards in sustainability but Bloomington is awesome. Bike lanes, community gardens, recycling, public transport, community composting, and so many other things. Cities can do a lot with the right Mayor
That's awesome! I'm jealous of that because in my specific area, it isn't biking or walking friendly AT ALL. The city just lets sidewalks grow over with weeds and break apart. It's sad.
Strictly on a CO2 per capita basis, New York will top this list. At 7.99 metric tons per capita, New York is greener than Vermont at 9.278 metric tons. California is second at 9.116 metric tons. Wyoming is the worst in the union, at 104.484 metric tons per capita.
Don't agree with this video. Water will be number one when sustainability is concerned. Right now people in the Northwest and Southwest are going to suffer w/a drought. Rain is key when it comes to sustainability. And where is rains there is water.
Great video!
Thank you!
THANK YOU ❤

I never would have guessed Vermont for number 1.
Yeah Vermont has either came in 1st or 2nd for years now! They're really getting after it.
