The point about villains was spot on. One of the best parts of MHA is the way they handle the villains. Many of them likely aren't inherently bad ppl but they've been told by this super human society that their unique quirk is still unnatural and end up being cast out or forgotten about.
I wouldn't say Unnatural, Quirks are just natural, They're more like "Your Quirk is perfect for a Villain, Stay away from me!" Some Quirks would be naturally evil like but the user probably isn't like one dude from a Spin off had a Quirk that produces a Toxic gas and It will start hurting him if He doesn't release the gas- It sounds like a Evil fart but he wasn't evil, Just needed to use his Quirk or he Dies.
I love that uninjured all might doesn’t really changed that much, he just looses his muscles, instead of becoming a skeleton. Like, no one knew skelemight was him for years, but I bet people could spot him as all might in this chapter
Technically Horikoshi only guides this manga but it’s a great testament to the world and characters he’s created that even though we know O’Clock’s fate, we still HAVE to know how it happened. That fight has now happened "6" years ago in MHA and in MHA Vigs, we had their timeskip of four years, completing the five year backstory-- meaning that Vigs is more or less as few months behind Vigs in its current arc, and from this arc the flash back is 7 years ago, that makes the 26 year old Mirko a senior in high school, and the all might vs all for one fight happening within that 6~ mos to a year window

I think that all of this is going to lead up to that. I'm actually excited about it but also really scared. The way that All Might , Knuckle Duster, and AFO are now is literally because of this. I think I will be disappointed if we don't get a little bit of toxic chainsaw thrown in there just because of the mentioning of it.

If we follow the pace of Vigilantes’ arcs, then the current flashback will likely take several more chapters - 2 or 3. It could end with All Might vs “Hood” leading to foreshadowing or even a few panels of All Might’s fight with AFO.
Sometimes i think about the future anime of this series and I think how will be the intro Maybe something similar to Diamond is Unbreakable: tree intros that represent the evolution of the story. The first is funky because there is no problems for now, with maybe some villain interruptions that reppresent's the problems that will come soon. The second is more serius, maybe even dark or creepy, because the problems have started, everything is changing. The last is the synthesis, the bad and the good that fuse together creating the final of the anime. Thesis, antithesis, synthesis. Like Hegel.
I still think the we'll see the starting exchange between them but since this is o'clocks flashback, if he didn't see the whole fight neither would we. Also, tbh of I was o'clock I would hit the road as soon as all might gives the all clear especially if AFO and shows up and atm it seems like he is only focus on saving himself and not really itching to stick around longer than he needs to.

He had to be conscious and buffed up because if they performed surgery on his ‘normal’ form (as shown in vigilantes) the stitches might rip when he buffs up again. Yeah the "might sense" thing is looking really suspect. Expanding on that I would have to agree that the body enlargement that All Might seems to have doesn't really fall in line the the singular stockpiling aspect of OFA. It could be that perhaps the 2nd or third user could have had the muscle enlargement quirk and perhaps in the same way deku unlocked the quirks of the previous users based off some emotional resonance perhaps toshinori could do so as well with the more supplemental quirks of OFA. It's kinda hard to believe that a quirk that seems so volatile and hard to control for izuku used to be that manageable and docile just 1 user before. At the very least toshinori's use of the different quirks in OFA might have just been limited to a select few (muscle enlargement and danger sense).
Well they did say that the quirk gets stronger the more is passed on and the moment Deku got it, it reached the point of singularity so it makes since the quirk became volatile just one user later.
Now ... I can not stop myself of drawing a line between O'Clock here and Bakugou in Kamino. All for One was watching both fight when All Might droped. Then a horde of villains was released on the streets. ... If this leads to the "All Fight", I'm calling Knuckle Duster "Older Bakugou"!
