I feel like there's two concepts you have to grasp in order to understand some of the realism in the reactions/responses of this show. 1: Human memory is often nowhere near as good as we believe/assume it to be. For example, if you're best friends with someone when you're a kid, and then a few decades later you run into their exact clone, who looks exactly like they did when they were a child, most people's natural assumption is "I knew that person so well, of course I'd recognize them", but the probability is well over 90% that if you haven't seen that person even once in all that time, you would not recognize them, even if they looked exactly the same. Most people either need regular refreshers to their memory (like looking at old pictures on a regular basis) or context clues (like someone saying "Hey, doesn't this look like someone you used to know") to make those sorts of connections. People aren't as good as they think they are at remembering faces and events they've seen even recently, much less decades ago. 2: Any given ordinary person will be logically operating under the assumption that time travel is impossible. So when presented with a situation in which there's any possible logical explanation that does not involve time travel, they're almost certainly going to latch onto that, however unlikely it may be, over assuming that time travel (which they believe to be impossible) is involved. Once someone understands that time travel is a thing, it opens up all sorts of possibilities and connections. But before that point, your mind is going to be pretty resistant to jumping to "time travel" as the explanation for something you've seen or experienced. You basically have to hit a "Okay, there *is* no other possible explanation" event before the mind will typically leap that barrier.

In Brazil cops and such carry guns and civilians dont lol.
i mean brazil also has a violent crime problem
@@MrZorgbot Yeah, but civillians don't and crimes are worse.
My comment is just to talk about why people are arguing with that. Switzerland has civillians carrying guns if im not wrong and is one of the most secure countries. As I said, is not an american thing. I know this is just for joke, but some made comments serious enough lol
It is an american thing. Everyone knows that. It is not a joke. In Brazil the Police is a Military Police, very different from other countries police system.
@@robertolukas3minutos Tu sabe que eu sou brasileiro né? Kkkkkkkkkkkkk
26:30 not again. It’s really stupid if someone has already read the story. :-/
You don’t appear as smart, you just appear as annoying.
Also how he suddenly gets very quiet when the discussion is about Claudia.
That’s really annoying. He knows it. But then it’s not a reaction video. :-/
03:13 i just noticed that the dead sheeps, there were 33 of them. What about the birds?

@@mranima748 No spoiler for me, i have watched the show live when it was out, i just forgot a lot of details, not to mention that a scenario that thick requires a second or third watch to notice things we missed.
Like the number of dead animals, depending on the date :)
( thx for the update about the fleas :) )
Carter straight up calling out Cannon for sibling discipline. Dw bro, I've got a brother 5yrs older than me; dude used to kick my ass whenever I did some dumb idiocy.
Can't wait for next Episode!!!
The beginning is the end , and the end is the beginning 🔥
Dark days are best days!
btw AKW means nuclear power plant if you didnt know. It translates to Atom Kraft Werk (atom force werk )
lol
Kraft can just be translated into power (actually more common translation than force) and Werk is just plant (mostly you would translate it into factory or facility without context, but plant is one valid translation of the word)
@@benediktmathes2528 actually no mine is correct. Its the actual translation. The Kraft in Atomkraft isnt translated to power its force. Otherwise it would be called Atomstromwerk or something like that. Its just used different in the languages. And werk or werks is a word in english too. And its also not Atomstromplantage or something like that.
@@mucxlx No.... Atomkraft is literally nuclear power.
Also I don't care if werk is an English word, plant is a much more common translation for Werk than werk. Produktionswerk (you know as in all the industry) for example is literally a production plant. Chemiewerk = chemical plant.
@@benediktmathes2528 Its not about what it is its what it is translated to
@@mucxlx You are just wrong. This whole argument is stupid tbh. If you really think that Kraft for example does not translate into power, you either have no clue about at least one of the 2 languages or are incredibly stupid. It is LITERALLY the first entry on LEO when you look up Kraft.
Also this is my last post for this, because as I said this whole argument is too stupid. It's just sad that people might believe that bs.
Please pronounce it “Mickle”, not “Mickelle”.

Stg all kids do back in the day in the 70s and 80s, was get kidnapped
As a huge hint I’ll tell you that Mikkel and Michael are the same name. Like John and Jose. So we know Jonas’ dad was named Michael. It feels like not a huge stretch to assume it could have once been Mikkel
wrong thumbnail bruh 😅
that shot is from episode 7
Nah it was also in this episode i re-watched it like 2 hours ago
