I worked For Them some Years Back, Cutting these on Mazak CNC machines 3.5Hr. cycle times. Bores Are air gage tolerance...Top Notch Shop!!! Inspection also CMM. Top Notch Parts! pay was to low I moved on to aerospace parts. Highly Recommended.
I have a stage 1 intake, exhaust and tune on my bike. I went ahead and ordered a 1250 big bore and lots of other goodies, but unlike most I ordered a bracket and a tokico 4 piston caliper and brembo brake pads and stainless lines for the front. I will be doing the brakes and suspension before I add anymore power. Now, I need to figure out my suspension setup and which rotors I will use. I also need a brake setup for the rear, but the front brake was a must!
I have a FLSTC Heritage softail 1994 1 pistón caliper can I replace it with a PM 4 piston differential bore without the need to use special brackets and change the line size 5/8? And the master cylinder?
Performance Machine offers a 4 piston direct bolt (no extra brackets) on caliper www.jpcycles.com/product/240-433/performance-machine-direct-bolt-on-4-piston-front-brake-caliper . But we do recommend that you upgrade to an 11/16 bore master cylinder for optimum performance.
@treegnomemoto3630 Hey thanks for taking the time! I figured it might be prone to warping early. I didn't think of the stability issue. Learn something new every day. I will look into the Brembo. My Daytona trackday bike has Brembos and they're fantastic.

The two piston caliper should open at the same time when applying the food pedal in my motorcycle
Yeap , especially for heavy harleys. Try to ride aggressively on the twisty road and you will thank good that you have upgraded them brakes :D
if you upgrade to a 6 piston caliper do you have to install larger master cylinder
