Well a year ago i was researching trailblazer and came across that video. Have been enjoying them ever since. Also ended up purchasing a 302 without the air pack and have been loving it since.✊

I have a Hobart 215. But after watching your video when your told us about yours. Man I want one! That way I can have one unit instead of two. Keep up the good work mike.

Great review! You going to setup a wet tank/dry tank setup like you mentioned before? I seem to get batches of gas like that sometimes too that must have something in it that reacts with aluminum,, or,, I donno. It's a pain in the butt, I do know that. Someday, I hope to own nothing that has a carburetor... all injected... either diesel or EFI gas, but no carburetors!

Been following you a few years now . I do mobile welding repair in Northern Minnesota, tons of Logging equipment all winter! Been working out of a tub rig dually . Stepping up to a International 4700 with a knuckle boom behind the cab and putting a service body on . Do you like your welder in the bed like that? At the back? I've seen a few guys putting them crossways up front and access the controls through the door . I have a Miller Trailblazer 325efi. It's been a good machine so far only the high pressure fuel pump went out at 200hrs . Warranty thank goodness . Any tips on stuff to carry into the woods?

MIKE goodmorning! I am having trouble with my bobcat and i cant get help for my situation, i then remembered about your 302 airpak vid. You might be able to help me with my issue.
I did a seafoam treatment to clean carbon deposits on the inside of the motor and fuel system. Everything was going fine with the seafoam in both crankcase and fuel tank, after 5 minutes the machine started dropping idle and died out. I tried once to start it but had no luck. Seafoam rep says to let it sit for a day then try it. Do you have any suggestions on this? Where to start and how to diagnose issue. I read to blow some air down the gas neck into the tank then try starting, the gas may have been a few months old maybe add fresh gas to help start? Completely remove old gas? Check spark plugs? Do you think the seafoam loosened up deposits which lead to blocking carb jets? Any help is appreciated cheerd

I just purchased this exact model about two weeks ago based off of your 5 year review of your machine. I was on the fence between buying a Miller 325 and a separate rotary screw air compressor for my welding rig. I decided on a single machine for space that it would save my on my truck and for the compressor output. 31 CFM! The typical 30 gallon compressors would only do 23 CFM and some of the rotary screw air compressors could do 30 cfm and costs over $4000 and would take up my whole bed. Mobile sandblasting with this has been great. No waiting for a tank to fill and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Stick welding with 1/8" 7018 has been a dream. I'm really impressed with how well it welds and the arc that it gives me compared to other equipment that I've used in the past. There's not much on the internet about these specific models. I plan on changing that once I get some more projects completed with this machine. Thanks again for posting this video Michael. Post more!

Hey, great video and nice setup. I have a brand new 302 air pack (carburetor) it sat in a shop for a while. It fires right up no prob but almost dies under load.(Fresh gas) Just wondering if you ever experienced this issue. Thinking it might have some carb issues from sitting? Any suggestions would be great!
    Thanks in advance

Yep. Clean the carb. Today's gas just isn't what it used to be. We have had to do it a few times

@@MichaelJBerg im shopping for a unit like this im also a huge miller fan. I have a bobcat 250 and i use my millernatic211 as my wire feeder with a 50 foot 230v extention to the 50amp plug on front. Its amazing what a 211 portable machine can do on 230v.
This machine is just beautiful. I reviewed the bobcat 200 airpak but it only has 6500watt output continiously. I found that too be low fof output. They shouldve done a bobcat 250 airpack at the minimum.. Cheers bud loved the review. Loved the info on the 12vs also. Keep on weldin!

Just picked up this exact unit inop with 250hrs on it. Got a new voltage reg coming in Wed. All my ohm readings checked out on the stator and rotor. Just waiting on the regulator to see what's next paid 2k for it.
