      I know right, but for someone as genuine and honest as this guy I think he already blew up. He's not a BIG BODY BUILDER WITH VERY CLICKBAIT THUMBNAILS that's why he hasn't reached the million. If he talked about a miraculous way of training or a crazy supplement that burns fat then more people would be interested. So for someone keepin it real he has A LOT of subscribers. As for me a lifelong skinny fat his videos changed my life and my way of approaching fitness, i've got abs now that's all that matters.

Weight train 3 days a week 1 hour, and walk for 1 hour(3 miles) with a 20lb RuK sack M - F...I am now 188.4 lbs with a Visible 6 pack!... They say there are 22,000,000 millionaire s in the United States but only 3 million people with visible abs...Anything is possible if you put your mind to it! You're the boss not your mind

    I think running is actually a good way to lose fat, as long as you track calories and stay in the same deficit as you would do without running, and eat enough protein

    • @PNKim_

      I love running and been doing for years... but walking is by far better for FAT loss for most people, period. Most people don't know how to run properly with good technique or even do proper strength training and mobility to complement their running, therefore they get injured... injuries are so common with running that leads to demotivation and entirely stop doing it completely.

    The calories u burn by walking vs running a mile are roughly equal b/c thermodynamically, the distance you travel and your weight are the factors that determine calorie expenditure. So yea if u wanna burn more cals, it’s not about running faster - instead travel a farther distance or put on a heavy backpack 😆

  • @BablooTandoor
    @BablooTandoor 16 дней назад

    I agree with you but its not just you but almost everyone, the actual 4 basics for lifelong health and fat loss are: 1. Calorie deficit (balanced diet with whole foods and rich fibre) 2. Sleep (7-9 hours of high quality sleep) 3. Neat (easiest method is walking, at least 8k steps daily) 4. Exercise (depends on your fitness goals, different training will result in different type of body for you). These are the basics and if you do them consistently throughout life, you will thrive in your health, trust me. Start slow and incorporate everything slowly until you can make a habit out of it which matches your own schedule and needs!

    Underestimating the calories of our food is up a huge problem

  • @kennethxu1789
    @kennethxu1789 4 дня назад

    The biggest thing for me is this idea that foods must be banned. When you say you can’t ever have pizza, you’re going to want pizza real bad.
    Allowing yourself to understand that you are making a choice every time rather than making things off limits can help when you’re trying to lose weight over a long time.
    It’s just like starting at the gym. Diet is something that has to be changed slowly. Changing protein to be leaner or eating a smaller dessert will add up.
    Running and walking difference is a great point, because in terms of calorie loss the difference is much less than it should be.
    Also, don’t meal prep, but meal plan. Food variety is so good. However, having a plan on what to eat each day helps so much.

      Maybe hit a maintenance phase….. the body gets exhausted by losing weight.
      Go back to maintenance calories for a month and re-start

    • @fran2911
      @fran2911 14 дней назад +1

      It's normal, inflamation, water retention, it's hard to recommend anything without more context, but it's incredibly normal, keep being consistent.
      Have 1 refeeding day, eat at maintenance for 2 days, your body should relax a bit and you could have a new low, don't let it demotivate you!

    • @rusty8311
      @rusty8311 17 дней назад

      Gain muscle. Do body workouts at home and go to the gym. Try to consume .75x-1x of your body weight in protein each day. Eat generally healthy but don’t have to be too strict. The muscle will absorb the energy and burn calories to recover and grow, and your body will take energy from your fat. If you eat a lot some days, tell yourself to walk more to make up for those days.
      I’m in the process of this right now (almost 3 months in). I’ve actually gained 5lbs while noticeably having less fat/pudge especially around my face. My body is more tone because of the muscle definition built. I want my muscles to get bigger so I’m actually “bulking” for a few weeks, but then I’m gonna go back to my routine because I’m going to get fat built alongside my muscles.
      Also, if you’re a male and want a better defined jawline, chew gum every few days for ~2 hours if you don’t already chew gum. Gets your face muscles moving and builds definition

    Fat loss is not EASY for most people, if it was everyone would be shredded with a six pack. Statistically people are more likely to become a millionaire than have a visible six pack. It's suppose to be hard, and telling people otherwise is BS. The process of losing fat is simple but HARD. Also once you get lean and obtain a six pack.. maintaining it is even harder. Just look at yourself for an example, you achieved an amazing lean physique but wasn't able to maintain it long term.
