Nice Video. Could we have a further one as to the process as a buyer from Etsy to MyDesigns, then changing the Custom Words to a name, then submitting. Been looking at Customisable T-Shirts. Looking at Hello Custom as customer changes words not me (preferred). Gelato is also another one I'm looking at. Is there a way that MyDesigns could have a hi res PdF uploaded. lIke Hello Custom.
We're still working on fine tuning this system, and have plans for it to be fully automated in the future.
I can make another video on what happens when you get an order and how to go about changing/submitting it.

What about postage costs? Does MyDesigns include this is the product price or are we supposed to guess to ensure it is covered in our profit margin??
How could i use a customizable design in Etsy with out sending it to a POD? thank you .I am still on the fence about MD, I kinda wish you would show how to do just etsy for a couple of these especially Printables and digital downloads.Thank you so much

Do you mean how can you do personalization on Etsy without using one of our print partners?
You can currently do this by not approving the order to go to the print partner you selected when you receive it, and in turn fulfilling it by yourself, or with a different provider you're using.
Does anyone respond to support requests? Been 2 weeks, 3 emails and nothing. not even a peep.
Yes, it's actively monitored. What email did you send a request to? Live chat in app is better and faster. I suggest using that.
