Lost a couple of internal organs, yikes! I'm glad you can still find the time and energy to share your recipes with us, I love your videos. You really nail the cooking show essentials: Show the product up front, give me some context ( like movie night ), and of course, give me that bite that brings me right into the kitchen with you. I can practically smell that golden cheese and taste the garlic.

    2 cups of self-rising flour
Add a little salt to it
Add 2 cups of natural unflavored yogurt. Sour cream is fine too.
Using a butter knife make cutting motions, aerating the dough. Until it forms a dough like mixture. Not sticky but moist.
On a lightly floured surface knead the dough for a couple of minutes
Cut the dough into 4 pieces
    Make 4 pizza shapes.
1/4 cup of olive oil, stir 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic.
Divide the olive oil mixture over the pizzas
    Top with parsley
    Top with grated cheese
    Top with more parsley
    Place in oven 410 farenheit
    For 20 to 25 minutes

Great to do with kids too! Just be sure to use a preheated baking stone or steel or use a preheated baking sheet if you want a really crispy bottom crust

Where I live we also do English muffin pizzas which are a perfect mini pizza base. Just be sure that you lightly toast the English muffins before putting anything on them. I know people who do not toast the English muffins ahead of time and it's not so nice. P r e toasting them and then putting them in the oven it's gorgeous. Very nice for a homemade pizza and you could put the same toppings on. Why can't people make your pizza dough recipe and make small pizzas? They can't figure that out?

    • @zephirinedrouhin3735
      @zephirinedrouhin3735 6 лет назад

Elizabeth Shaw I’ve done that too. Plain bagels are great as pizza bases too. You toast them, put sauce on and you can cover the hole in the middle with a piece of pepperoni and top with whatever toppings you like and cheese on top. Most of the time, though, I make my own pizza dough and it’s really good. Homemade is best.

Sorry my friend, I normally like your recipes but pizza dough without yeast is not real pizza.

Same measurements. Just add 2 teaspoons of baking powder to regular all purpose (plain) flour 👍

It's delicious, thanks! Only mistake I made was not adding enough cheese. I won't make that mistake again ;)

If you want to make them really cheesy, you can add some grated cheese to the dough itself when kneading it.
