    Paying 22k a month for 36months. Then after, either you have to pay in full or have a loan with high interest before turn over.

      Thank you for leaving a comment sir Micheal, yes po though its narrow market now, there are still out there who needs one and this is still the best time to take advantage of promo terms. in terms of prices po real estate is a long term game and some developers are offering real market price based on cost of materials and location. Its a cycle po sir next thing we know undersupply naman real estate is tangible and still offers the low investment risk
