Sir, tama ba na mas maliit/makitid ang amenities nito compared sa Infina? Would you still recommend it if the goal (aside from bigger unit) is makakapag-lakad lakad sa may greenery and makakapag-chill/tamabay sa amenities (not necessarily sa pool area)? Parang tinitignan ko kasi yung presentation ng Oriana, ang kitid ng amenities area sa baba.

I love the newer 3-bedrooms of DMCI. I like that the washing machine area is now hidden in the hallway. And I love the oak cabinet finishes for the kitchen & the overall lighter color scheme. I have a 3-bedroom in Brio Tower Makati. It’s still an old layout where the washing machine is in the kitchen & right in front of the main door! And the kitchen cabinets are made of cheap walnut-color laminate with black granite countertops.

Location can be marketed to be part of Metro Baguio. Tuba is part of Metro Baguo / BLISTT. Upon turn-over what fees are expected? Is it the same with timeshares where you pay yearly dues / will you also pay monthly asoc dues? How will revenues from condotel be taxed? Is it withheld? Do owners need to file tax returns?

This is the response of DMCI when I sent them an email regarding mailbox: "As of the moment, there are no plans in place to construct/install a mailbox system within the community. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause." A unit owner told me na may room for receiving parcels at the basement and the parcels can only stay there within 30 days. Pero iba naman kasi ang parcels (like orders from Lazada or Shopee) sa mails. Mayroon daw memo na kailangang may mag receive ng mails (could be a neighbor) so I think the receptionist will not accept and keep the mails of a resident. I don't know what DMCI is thinking. I learned that even Brixton, Prisma and Fairlane don't have mailboxes anymore.

Bakit po walang mailboxes for residents yung property na yan?
