Crime? The alleged victims already admitted they lied and there’s video evidence showing there was no trafficking they could leave in and out as they were doing shopping having a great time partying at his house.
@@IMPOTUSx2 tell me their names or evidence of any other crimes? The guy is a multimillionaire for years. Why would he risk it all to commit a crime for petty money? Use your common sense. Have you seen the videos from his parties. He literally has to force girls to leave his house. They won’t leave! You need to understand women, vs man’s nature.
This lawyer highlights the barriers to prosecution when a matter is progressed to a Public Prosecution office to consider what's called "prospects for prosecution". Despite the elements of a crime being made out very clearly by the evidence, the Prosecutions office takes into consideration other matters like cost to government of bringing the case, public interest, likelihood of success, deterrence for future crimes. This lawyer describes the reasoning of the Prosecutions office being that time had passed and Tate was already in another country. The cost of bringing him back to the UK was likely one of the main reasons they didn't pursue him, and the fact that he wasn't a public figure at that time so the public interest was minimal to non-existent. Given his public profile now (and public pressure/perception), it was worth the cost & resources (govt investigators, lawyer & court costs etc) to pursue extraditing him.
Valid point. The partner at the firm, Matthew Jury, spoke on the True Geordie podcast about this. He said he believes the decision for CPS not to reconsider prosecutng is a political one. As it would essentially be admitting to a major error that resulted in the alleged crimes in Romania and the investigation, which would have cost Romanian taxpayers millions.
@@thatonecarlbs4406 Yes he absolutely did in the Fresh and Fit podcast. He told the entire story about it. Just so you know, your ignorance isn’t an argument. 😂😂😂🤦♀️
I view Tate's popularity as a creation. Crimes aside (we have seen with Trump, prosecution is not based on crime, with Tate there could be substance???? IDK?). He is a creation of equity (discrimination), and cancel culture (Peterson). Peterson is credible resistance to Tate. When cancelled, men (predominately) were moved into closed groups, dark Web, Intranet, forming closed groups not open to public scrutiny. Removing good moral leaders, left a void that Tate filled. 1st wave feminist I agree with, I support equality, today's attacks on all men are not justified. Equity on groups not justified (I support justice for individuals). Eg Australia, Victoria, a secretary for men's behaviour change, wtf. When schools, Uni, employers, industry associations all tell you, we want women and will actively discriminate, you create Tate. I have never followed Tate, I lost a career supporting equality, my morals are strong, my immediate family support significant (life partner of 30yrs). The alternative to Tate is MGTOW. Many men now want nothing to do with women. As a father of only daughters (thankfully), I fear, the entire family structure is destroyed, by design, and they have us fighting on race, gender, sexual preference, allowing big Gov to rule without dissent. Distract, divide and conquer. Equality is the only path forward, equity must DIE. (I support DI, oppose E). JMO. I worked hard to save it, at great personal and family cost. MGTOW is growing, Rome is burning.
My problem is they haven't even showed probable cause for even an arrest at this point. Just because you are older and now regret putting your body on the internet doesn't mean you can just sue people
@@noscopinayl8198 Well from what i heard and i can be wrong, he pretty much only mentions things that is already public, so not a ”tell all interview”. @@Gadget440 I'll see it this way: The maximum for the current Romanian charges is 19 years. The evidence is irrefutable. But, unfortunately, there are evil people who have committed similar crimes in even with more horrendous manner. Thus, I don't believe that Andrew will get the maximum sentence, 12 years will probably be more realistic guess. Since Andrew knows how damning the evidence is, he will plead guilty, and automatically knock off 1/3 of the sentence. Out of the remaining 8 years he would have to serve 2/3, less the 7 months 7 days he was detained and under house arrest., ie 4 years 8 months 23 days. But, if he requests permission to serve the sentence in the UK, and it is granted, he would serve 1 year in Romania (usual length of processing the request) and only half of the balance in the UK. I.e. 1 year in Romania, plus 1 year 10 months 12 days in the UK. The total prison time less than 2 years 11 months (or even less) for crimes that are heinous enough to justify the original 12 years sentence. Then, on top of that will come whatever the UK courts decide for the cases there.
