- What goes around, comes Around. I was Auditing Harringay Custody Suite which was going so well.. Then out comes a Sgt who believes he is the Law and I should answer his questioning or else. I Chose the 'or else'.
This situation becomes even worse for him when he decides to try and intimidate me, which fails and he then turns into a tyrant.
He see's help arriving in the form of a TSG van and then out steps Sgt Manning 'A bully and Tyrant who has previously unlawfull detained and searched my person.
This is an epic encounter as I update Sgt Manning with news of my intentions towards him and the Metropolitan Police.

I had 6 officers come up to me at Southall Station during my 1st audit yesterday
All together or in drips and drabs. What were they asking.

Filming in public is not grounds for stop and search HIGH COURT JUDGEMENT !!!!!!!

For weeks
The Police need to be filmed because so many are found to be breaking the law and some are very serious offences. So filming officers coming and going and in the execution of their duties is very important, this sergeant is obviously corrupt as he fears being filmed. Indeed he should be demoted back to the ranks.
He tried to intimidate me using his badge and uniform.. even opened his jacket and pointed to his name patch when he saw the TSG van. He didn't realise that I saw the van go past when I was filming the window and was aware what he was doing. His body language let him down, but because I wasn't doing anything illegal I kept on filming and kept calm.
They're the same here in Ireland. Got stopped a few nights ago. 2 A.M. 2 squad cars 6 cops. Have you got your licence? I showed it to them and wouldn't give it to them and that was the start of it. They tried everything to get me on something. Even drug tested me. Accused me of assaulting 1 of them with a lighted cigarette cos I flicked ash on the ground. Shouting at me and smirking at me all the while threatening me with various offences. After about 20 minutes I told them I have cameras all over this car and everything has been audio and visually recorded from different angles. Then it was have a nice night and drive safely. They aren't used to being recorded over here yet. 4 cameras in the car and they didn't see 1 of them.
This made me smile.. filming is a must
