- A couple of weeks ago, I hosted an all-womens yoga and wellness retreat in Byron Bay at The beautiful Blue Green Sanctuary!
This is one of the most beautiful spaces and certainly one of my favourite places to host and facilitate retreats!!
Nestled into the Byron hinterland, a secluded oasis of relaxation, serenity and peace.
I've been hosting retreats for YEARS now, however, this is the first one I've ever organised on my own and it was such a special and beautiful invitation for me to step into my power and purpose as a host/facilitator and also as a woman.
I loved every single moment of this reterat, and like I mention in the clips I share, there was SOOOOO sooooo sooo much more that wasn;t captured, and alsmot all of the deep / essence filled aspects which were too special or personal to share, but retreats in general are one of the greatest catalysts for healing and self growth that I've ever experiences. They are containers filled with soulful connections, magic filled memories and wellness based approaches to life and holistic health.
I am co-hosting another two retreats this year, both of which I'm hosting with my partner who is a transcendental and emotional informed breathwork facilitator (another PROFOUND element to add to a retreat space! These breathwork sessions are mind blowing! every single time!).

Sjana, congratulations on your preparations and execution the idea of the retreat.
This world we are living in is not created to give us peace and happines but to exploite us and what is tragic is that quite often after coming back from retraits to the world we become once again a part of exploiting culture where someone else exploit us or us exploiting someone else in some sort.
