Can't get Uconnect; Chrysler keeps saying the VIN is invalid. I bought the 2023 Pacifica December 29, 2023. Dealer says they have to initiate a software work order to allow the VIN to be validated. On the Chrysler app, the VIN is recognised; my Pacifica shows on the picture, the build list shows on the "vehicle equipment" tab. What gives Stellantis?
I have a 2023 Chrysler 300. U Connect was working fine until about 6 months ago, then stopped. Dealer is confused as to what the problem is. Dealer replaced my radio, but that hasn't helped. This youtube isn't even about U Connect.
