I was so ready for this it was crazy. She came into me before we even made it back. At first she didn't want to. She kept quickly walking away from me. She walked out of the cave and into the forest and she kept looking back as if she was afraid. I continue to pursue her but gently and I apologized to her, and she stopped. Turned around and looked at me. Went out towards one another with our knees facing and our hands together. I was not expecting her to trust me so quickly but I have done so much work over this last year. She is my heart, this is what I've been missing 😭

I started listening to you after hearing you on Lee & Monika’s Healing Wednesday. I have wanted to get off coffee and sweets to reduce inflammation and feel better. After listening to you for a little bit, I’m able to start doing this quite naturally. Looking forward to joining your community sessions when I have the extra to do that. Heart, Heather, USA
What a wonderful video and very insightful. However, I find it difficult to speak to my higher self or the part that I ahve lost or any other conversation that I need to have is because you keep talking and I find it hard to listen to what they have to say. Maybe if I record the steps and listen to them on my own time I can hear what I need to heare without interruption.
I'm noticing some quivering in my body now after doing this meditation. My legs won't sit still. They just keep quivering from the hips. I'm noticing a quivering in my chest too
