I don't even know where to start. Ummmm I wish I could call a customer support team or person to explain my problem with my godox tt600 ,but the number on the website is too many digits so I'm going to send this message everywhere possible. I feel like I have a chance of getting help. Basically I've had my flash very near to 2 months. For 1 month i didnt even use it because i didnt have it with me. I treat my flash with care because I use it to make money. Well I've only used it at one shoot and I've only fired it for maybe 400-500 times. So I setup to use my flash with brand spankin new Energizer batteries. Then I realize my flash isnt firing. then I lower my stand to grab my flash I take it out of my s mount or clamp and i start panicking because I have it switched on ,but its not firing. So I turned it off then turned it back on and the display comes on but the only thing that is showing is ch 1. None of the buttons do anything. So I grab some more new batteries that i was going to wait to use for my shoot tomorrow and the same thing is happening. NOW IM WONDERING IS THIS PROBLEM COMMON AND IS THERE A WAY I CAN FIX IT WITHOUT HAVING TO BUY ANOTHER FLASH. AND BUYING A FLASH IS NOTA PROBLEM Besides now cause my shoot is tomorrow but because im having problems i feel skeptcial about purchasing the same product or spending more of my money to buying a better product made by Godox.
