I watched a street interview with Lukas (on here) for the first part of this song. He said a lot of people thought it was about cheating. I didn't understand that. I feel like these songs are also about losing yourself and losing your connection with the people you love most that are disturbed by their experience...He quoted Mercury in saying that a song dies once it is written, but I don't believe that. Songs are like poetry; you take your own meaning from it and that makes it immortal. It does not kill it. Maybe the artist's original meaning is lost, but art is not made for the artist, it is made for those that see it. This song is a reflection of his vision, but also a reflection of all of those that relate to it. When I listen to this song I see myself. But I also see every one of my friends, all of my brothers. I see that, in parts, they make up the verses of it and therefore the pieces of me. I often define myself by the music I listen to, but this song has brought new meaning to it all. Thank you Lukas. You have done something amazing for me and I hope other people see that as well.
Ret nederen, folk smider comments for at rette på hinanden, i stedet for at lave en kæmpe thumbs up for denne sang, dette band, denne sanger! It is not only great, it is incredible! .
This is my family's favourite song. My mom keeps on listening to it. We all love it, it's like it goes straight into to heart. We bought almost all his songs a while ago.
Den smukkeste sang jeg nogensinde har hørt indenfor dansk musik. Hører den 10 gange om dagen, uden frygt for at blive træt af den. Lukas Graham all the way!
Tror jeg har fået noget i øjet.. Lucas du er så freaking god til at lave sange og synge dem! Du er en af de eneste musikere, jeg har lyst til at sætte på min livslange musikerliste og aldrig glemme. Hold hovedet oppe.
This song was written to Lukas's friend, who was in jail. He wrote it 3 years ago without publishing it, but recently his friend got shot with little chance of survival, so he recorded the song almost as soon as he heard. The final recording of the song was made on the very first day; He cried several times during the recording of the song. This is, without a doubt, the best danish song, ever recorded. All of my thoughts go towards Lukas and his friend. May they both be well.
I from Afghanistan living in Norway, I am giving this song "The best song of the decade prize", Which I have made myself! SO AMAZING! No one can beat this one, no one! PS: Why is it that, songs which deserve hundre millions views have so low views?
Most succesful combination of classic and modern music!! Lukas Graham, you guys are freaky amazing!!! It is a pleasure to follow you through your succes and to see how you all seem to stay grounded - true Christianshavner spirit <3
Probably everyone is wondering why this song has only 2,7 milion views. Becouse this is pure art.

Hearing songs like these lets me know people in this world still have passion for the art.
I'm 80 of the 2,7 million times this has been viewed.
They should release this internationally. I'm from Australia and I really like it! Its so much better than the crap we have on the radio here.
Så stærke tekster finder man sgu sjældent idag, desværre.

Respect From Georgia.. Cool
This song breaks my heart every single time I hear it. Lots of love to the guys in Lukas Graham - and the man himself - for writing songs like this:-)
