It’s the way she put the rods in her hair. You can’t just roll the hair around the rod. You have to wind and twist while spinning. It’s hard to explain but I do it in my hair. Watch the way they unwind the hair from the perm .

Use a good setting lotion and your curls will last till you wash your hair. This is a good way to experiment with different perm rod sizes. Sally's has a decent selection. I've even seen some at the dollar tree. Good luck!!
Is her hair fine? I have fine hair and I am currently making it healthy again by using hair growth and thickening serums but still not seeing the volume that I want. I eventually want to get a perm but I want to make sure it won’t damage my fine hair and what products/remedies to keep my perm nice without damaging my hair. 😊

You did not share the product name ???? how about the gadget you used even that you did not mention it what is the name ...you have in your arms and the usual perm solution and neutralizer is different what we see or saw in the salon.yours is foamy ...pls share the gadget and the name.
