I like tge sermon but after having listned to it, I went back and read Acts and was surprised why the pastor didn't use the conversion of the Ethioouan Eunch to highlight his main objectives, God is for everyone.

After watching this video, is that the conclusion you've come to? I believe your intentions clicking on this was not to learn but rather to criticize, to falsely analyze and consequently you've totally missed the point. And if that is the case, allow me to share it with you: The Church is full of imperfect people, ordinary people like you and me that have problems, divisions, disagreements and misunderstandings (like right now), but in spite of all of that, "we are still God's church."

I see where the issue lies...more with the messenger than the message. As long as you see the truth of what he is saying, about the similarities of the state of the church today and that of the 1st century, as it is in fact biblical, we have no quarrel. I am no defender of David Asscherick, think what you will of the man (even though I believe we differ in views), but I will unashamedly and unapologetically defend the gospel. EGW proposes in her works like "Great Controversy" that only a person who can attain "character perfection" can reach Heaven...this is needed since Jesus and the Father are behind a "closed door" and , of course, now only are works in flesh are needed.

Makes me ashamed to see our church in not only spiritual division but in some ways especially racial in a time when there are so many racial reparations being made. But God still has His church! I think I'll visit a black church sometime soon.

It is not a game of chess, it is a game of trust in Jesus Christ totally. I don't have to outwit my opponent to show my power, my faith doesn't have to win a battle of wits here. I don't even have to undertand "stucture", in my faith, to gain "everlasting life" is the ultimate goal. The pattern of survival as a follower of Christ, so much different than what any church is teaching these days. Now, it becomes necessary to follow Paul's warning in 2 Thess. 2,.

If you llike to con't this contact me at my email... I was wrong about Ant. Epip. being a Muslim but Ant. Epip. doesn't fit the description either of the "King" in Dan. 8. I'm in the midst of looking at this entire Dan. 8 mystery. Dan.8 hasn't already been fullfilled in my opinion. I think Daniel 8 covers 2 extremely significant empires, Persian/Medes & Alexander the Great for a reason. Therefore, what follows, I theorize, is another vast empire that is even stronger than the 2 referenced.

From the thread "one man is the issue"...I think Dan. 8 gives us two major clues about the 2300 evening/morning vision. Like Dan.'s other visions we read of a sequential time period begining with the Persian-Mede Empire-Alexander's Empire--the first has a massive military--the second a smaller but more efficeient military moving exceeding fast like a leopard chasing after his prey. Following the Alexander's 4 generals, why would reader interpret a one-man fullfilment.

I will touch on some points. Salvation is not for everyone it is for the scattered 12 tribes only. The Most high expressed his love for the 12 tribes only. A lot of the prophecies to Judah and the 12 tribes are being claimed by the other nations whilst neglecting the prophecies pertaining to them. The physical appearance also is totally neglected in the christian / 7th Day Adventist church as irrelevant, whilst this is not neglected in scripture. The history of Israel is neglected as irrelevant.

One can go start at the end then go backwards as a tool to really understand. You must go verticle and also horizontal. To remain just verticle in prophecy leaves us seperated from the battle happening horizontally. What is being taken now is the rest of what Satan couldn't take due to restraints. Now, Satan through the vehicles on earth, seeks to move hroizontally towards the very throne of God. It is race that is reaching phenom speed. Watch how fast knowledge break throughs occur...

Moses rules the "Host" ? Who is the "Host", what is the "Host" composed of in this text ? When did Moses rise from the dead to become a ruler of this "Host" ? Moses, unable to enter the promise land because of his "anger" is ruling over this "Host", are you sure of this teaching, ? We have 2 very vast-powerful empires and the next empire is just one man sacrificing a pig in the Temple ? 2 empires here cover 100's of years and now we are to believe one man is the issue ?

Using KJV, "And through his polich also he shall cause CRAFT TO PROSPER in his HAND. Who is causing CRAAFT TO PROSPER HERE ? Why, verse 23 specifically names the culprit, A KING. When does this "KING" in Dan. 8 V. 23 reveal himself as the verse 25 references, I must clarify with a direct quote on the 2300 prophecy, " the visioin of the evening and the morning which was told is true:". Scripture specifically says it is to be literal days, 2300 days.

I would like to know..what exactly are you basing your belief in that this preacher is a deceiver? What deceptions have you discovered or noticed? From the conglomeration of sermons and messages he's presented, how is there a falsity of truth in his words? Is he not preaching the word of God? or do you think he is twisting it?

Fro the thread "God to seize"...All thses systems in Dan.8 are paganistic, except the last kingdom mentioned which is describes as "staring down" or "confronting the Prince of princes". To my estimation, this Prince of princes is Jesus as "Lanb of God slained for the sins of the entire world". On the other side is this "King",considering the only entity that attempts to confront our "Lamb" is the final empire of the world. This empire is design to mimic Jesus; to undermine by counterfeit....

Herod is the "King" referenced in Daniel's prophecy of the 2300 evening and mornings ? Let's consider Dan. 8 beginning with the reference of this "King". I ask you the following questoins: 1.The "Holy people he killed were infants". Christ ministry of mercy and grace was not even established. The work of Christ redemption was an answer to mankinds "transgressions", this is the issue being addressed in Dan.8V.23...Herod fails to meet a number of issues raised in this 2300 prophecy.

I'm open to look at your math....--when does it begin, and end ? --- does it meet all of the issues it covers ? Herod does not meet requirements not the least of which is the requirement of 2300 ldays. 1 day is 1000 years doesn't apply here...1 day equal 1 the title "2300" gives us the math----1 day is defined as 1 morning and 1 evening. And each day follows the next once the prophecy ends. So its not 1100 days, or 2300 years etc, etc, etc...2300 literal sequential days. Prove me wrong !

I see. Your referencing something different, stay with the text, Daniel 8 verse 14 and the 2300 evening/ morning prophecy, which is the crux of EGW's theory surroundig manikinds final judgment. This is what William Miller based his faulty prediction on which is why he believed the end of the world was forthcoming the fall of 1844 AD. I take to the text Miller misinterpreted and EGW misinterpreted. Look specifically at verse number 25 as the prophecy is winding down to the very end of time.

Rome / western civilization laid siege to Jerusalem in 70 AD and took over the faith of the Hebrews afterward scattering the 3 remaining tribes. The christian church which came in a large part out of the Catholicism denies and negates the scattered Hebrews with a replacement theology which amounts to a false religion. The words of the prophets concerning salvation is negated for a corrupted understanding of JOHN 3:16.

Daniel was written for modern day Bible students to study: your reference to a type of written structure is not relevant to understand. Jesus prayed to the Father for the Holy Spirit to help all those who wish to understand the Testimony of Jesus," if 2300 evening/morning prophecy is something relevant for modern day followers of CHrist, this apparent "structure" you reference, is of no significance or barrier in unraveling this prophecy. .

Herod is the "King" referenced in Dan. 2300 prophecy ? How do you even begin to rationized the primary title of the vision "2300 evenings and mornings" relelative to Herods time ? Next, Jesus has not even presented a way for all of mankind to be saved so the 23rd verse "transgressions are..full" is not possible. Thread, "to be unsound"...time is an excellent gauge to prophetic theoriies"...I admonish you to be on your toes, "spiritually" and to test your modern day teachers as well as your "founders". Satan is extremely crafty and during the last "enlightenment", of the middle 1800's, many counterfiet movements and unsound teachings were borned. If you test your beliefs with total trust in God to provide, He will honor your desire, but: if you try without His guidance, you'll miss out.

Another aspect is the SDA teaching that when considering "Revelation", only the last 7 Judgements are left undone. Very persumptous indeed, and, in my opinion, very weak argumentation to support these SDA positions. This approach chooses to ignore many questions left unanswered. By the time the last 7 begin to be fulfilled, it will be too late to respond to redemption.

Either way, the choice you make will lead to the same conclusion: You having to search the scriptures for yourself. Search and share with me. Basically, I'm asking for biblical proof that sheds light on the supposed deceptions of David that you believe he has. That statement about the spirit of the antichrist is inapplicable because he has on multiple occasions spoke on the coming of the incarnate Jesus, thus showing that in this case, 2 John 1:7 cannot serve as your reasoning of condemnation.

Here's the problem with all this....1. The primary teaching of any SDA General Conference supporters, which David is a member, believes in Ellen White's 1844 Doctrine as presented in her 'book' "Great Controversy".. Ellen White's 1844 Doctrine teaching aka "Sanctuary Doctrine" creates a totally new way for anyone to be saved. It is not Biblical, it deviates from the New Testament doctrine on redemption by Jesus Christ alone. "It Is Finish", Jesus cried....no more redemptive work to do

Imagine now the level of aniexty placed on SDA folks who follow this theory. I follow a better theory called the Bible. Judgment hasn't begun yet. As the world approachs the end, mercy and forgiveness is still available to all who sincerely call on the Messiah's name for redemption. Actually zodice1, I pray that this verbal contention will cease for I foresee no gain or benefit. We'd be better off to stop...and just focus on Jesus. Now Ant. Epip. comes into view ? You must think that God writes scripture in very strange ways.. This guy Ant. Epip. rules a very small portion of the Muslim kingdom. He too fails to meet the requirements listed. Again, your focus is away from what all prophecy points towards.....Jesus Christ testimony not back to the Old Testament friend !
