No es Bolivia, es el mapa que Paraguay reclamaba como suyo antes de las dos guerras (triple alianza y del Chaco) … Por eso la parte en que aparece el mapa la canción dice "volverá tu antigua bien andanza" refiriéndose a esa época.
Es porque Bolivia quiso invadir el chaco paraguayo.
