    I have a challenging project that I would like to assign to you. It involves creating a bench power supply that can be controlled using the DAC pin on the ESP32 microcontroller. To my knowledge, no one has made this before, and I believe it will require your unique set of skills and expertise.

    Hi Debashish! Love the video and easy to follow design.
    Have you considered making a USB-C powered version instead of a DC jack? There are many Apple/Microsoft/Samsung laptops these days which have 60W to 100W power supplies with USB-C. It could be cool to power the bench supply from that. Many thanks!

    You need to set the voltage and amp before you charge the any batteries not after you connected 😂 to the batteries 😝

    In you diagram the LX4015 module is different with different measures than the one you are actually using. Can you please explain why it is so?

    Hey buddy one more question: In the description you gave the wires as 20 AWG but in the video you are saying you are using 24 AWG wires, may I kindly ask you if there is any problem if we use 20AWG as mentioned in the description? Please reply back to me.

    Hello Debashish! This was a great project but I was just wondering if the volt- amp meter is accurate enough because I've heard they are quite inconsistent with readings.

      Thank You Utsav, you are correct, especially the inconsistency is in the current reading. I have also noticed it. I will search for a better meter for the next version.

      Use A Multimeter in Current mode, power them with a 7809 Voltage regulator. Only issue is cabinet size will be but large.

      These volt/amp meters can be quite easily calibrated if necessary. They have onboard potentiometers. Also additional resisters can be used. There are videos on this.

    Maximum 75 watt.. That restrictions is not good if you are testing anything above that power rating. And other things like there is a Maximum V difference among Vout and Vin that allows the circuit to run. That needs to be taken into consideration.

    Volt meter voltage connection are wrong.
    Volt meter should be connected to output of buck converter.

    NO! The voltmeter wiring is not sufficient it would result in incorrect measurements, instead you have to connect the orange wire to the output + of the Xl4015 module and connect the red wire to the input of it.
    If you wonder how will you get negative voltage,it will be supplied by the ampere wires.

      @@opengreenenergy yes, it's TEC -12706 (12v - 6A) peltier module. Please reply as soon as possible because I am also working on this project and want it to complete in next 1 or 2 days.🙏

      It depends upon the amount of current you want to draw from the output. The fuse rating = Max current x 1.56

      @@paraschaurs Without it, the output port is always live, during connection of load there may be chance of sparking if you set to high current. It is better to connect the load offline first, then switch it on

      Current limit means a soft short circuit protection. If you set a low current limit before enabling the output then it cannot pass a lot of power without hitting the current limit.

      No, this is buck converter it can reduce volt but not boost volt.

    Hey buddy I tried out your experiment, exactly the way you have done it except for the Plastic Box. But the experiment was a total failure. It shows Volts but Amps are all the time 0.00 even if potentiometer is turned nothing happens to the Ammeter. So sadly, your experiment HAS FAILED with me. I don't know why, when I did everything as shown by you, even though you skipped parts of the tutorial, I managed it. But still failed.

      If you want to charge a battery pack with higher voltage, be sure the battery pack is equipped with BMS ( battery management System )

    Buddy your idea is good but your explanation is too fast. To be honest with you I don't have much knowledge of diagrams. But you are too fast in showing what you are connecting, and it is difficult to know which wire is where. I am all confused with it. Can you show slower and properly from scratch which wire goes where? Some you have shown slowly and perfectly, but some are quite confusing with your speed of narration and doing.
