Against clearly made agreements, Joost was filmed when he had just gotten off stage and had to rush to the greenroom. At that moment, Joost repeatedly indicated that he did not want to be filmed. EBU doesn’t make money from your votes, it goes to each countries broadcaster. EBU makes money from fees that the broadcaster pays and I doubt that not voting would change anything as the most broadcasters will be still participating. The broadcasters also get money from ads so you are not really boycotting by not voting
The EBU DOES make money from your votes! Every country gives a different percentage to their broadcaster and to the EBU, some give 100% to their broadcaster and some (like the rest of the world vote is 100% to the EBU)
