You forgot Star Wars Galaxies. That was the first Open World Star Wars game from 2003
Not really, it's mostly a bunch of small sections of going from point A to point B, certainly not open world like Fallout or Elder Scrolls. SWTOR on the other hand is definitely open world, though that's more of a MMORPG.

Why didn't you complain about that in Red Dead Redemption 1 or 2? Any of the Grand Theft Auto Games? Jedi: Fallen Order? Assassin's Creed 2? Far Cry 3? Witcher Series? Batman: Arkham Series? Watchdogs? Ghost of Tsushima?
