    No; this shiuld be a great news, these guys can be encouraged and supported to make arms, afterall Nigeria buys arms and amunitions from the USA or other countries and not from another planet.     A talented young man but why didn’t he utilize his God given talent in the open instead of underground?
    A mafia’s style of business.
    Because gun manufacturing business requires government approval and licenses to operate, and in order to document those who patronize him.
    Therefore, he is running unlawful gun manufacturing business with ammunition which is illegal and against the law.
    However, the Nigerian Army should explore his talents for the benefit of the country.
