I’ve booked a stay here for Thanksgiving but I’m starting to second guess it. I see many negative but also many positive reviews on google, yelp, TripAdvisor etc. I booked the laguna villa suite and paid quite a pretty penny extra for it and just want to make sure my money will be well spent. With that being said I have a few questions when did you stay and how was the seaweed situation on the beach? how was the food in your opinion? We’re the drinks and food all inclusive? What wasn’t included in the stay? How was the staff? And did you have any grievances?

I stayed last month in May. The seaweed was abundant but the water was still ok to swim in. Food and drinks are included. & The food was great to me. The staff was nice. I felt accommodated and taken care of during my stay. My only grievance would be that I wish it was closer to downtown. But at the same time it was quiet. This hotel met my expectations. There may be others out there better but ofc it will cost more. I suggest you write down what you want out of your trip and decide from there. Thanks for watching!

we did too!! the seaweed i think it depends on the time of year you go! not talking about this video at all just speaking in general just try to avoid reading reviews in general people tend to complain over everything! and sometimes influence your stay when there negative , Im sure with the right people u will have a blast! and great video!!

It was only about $20 for me at the airport. It should be free at the resorts.
