Thanks, boi. You can also install driver only in Safe Mode without freezing till install in normal mode. Like. Normal Mode > Windows + R > Type 'msconfig' > Tick Safe Mode. Then Go ahead as instructions.

When i hit Alt-R in a game to open the adrenalin software the game will freeze and nothing will show when i click Alt-R to close the software the freeze will be gone

Didn't work for me 😢 unfortunately I have 8600m graphic card, The screen always freezes when i try to install the driver and not able to complete,only i can use the laptop when i disable the amd card from the safe mode and work with the intel card .
After I did it, and restart the laptop the screen was black and nothing showed up, I tried few times to reboot it but nothing. Eventually, plugged the usb and choose to boot from it and entered the repair mood and restore it to close point where the laptop worked fine. Alhamdulillah anyway.

How to get to the safe mode
Sadly for me it was too late I got stuck in a boot loop. My only fix was deleting it on device manager, it would only fix until the next reboot
