One day during BP, I was bending down to scoop up a BP ball that the other guys had already conceded to me when here comes Mark, aka SPANDEX BOY, sprinting from 30 feet away to almost run me down in an attempt to get it. He's trampled numerous people there, and one night a bus driver saw him steal a HR ball away from another kid. I'm 10000% serious, this is THE SAME GUY.

If the guy had done this anywhere else, it would be considered strong-arm robbery and he'd be looking at 10 years in prison. This is no different. The teen caught the ball and had it in his possession and it belongs to him, but the crazy man strong-arm robbed him of it and apparently the team and the authorities think it's completely legal.

Not exactly. The ball was hit right to Bruce (the kid). Spandex Boy was over to the left, and clearly comes over to crowd right in front of Bruce. Bruce barely had to move.
