I got mine on about 4 1/2 days so it looks like weekend might be a factor for it being a little longer? I’m excited I hope everyone else has a low turnaround time!
@Anakin_0YT I got mine in around 7 days but this was before Skyline valley dropped so their customer service times have bumped up to 2 weeks as I just got my ticket answered yesterday and items delivered after 2 weeks. Now my advice is, other than your first reply of “yes I approve of the atoms to be taken from my account” do NOT respond to the ticket as it can delay them getting to your ticket 🥰

I remember when they would let u literally request ANYTHING from the shop, really sucks that they only let u use the drop-down menu now. still i guess its better than nothing, especially if u missed something you need like the catwalks for camp building, cant do 90% of the CAMP glitches without them
This is the first I’ve heard of this. I know one of mine got stuck and I closed it out and residing it and got the items just fine! I hope they do get the bundle though ❤
That’s the quickest turnaround I’ve heard of but I would reply to the ticket and let them know my wife had the same thing happen and they got it to her the same day! Thanks for letting me know Jubie 🙌🫂

Well this sucks, I went on the site and went to select “The Life Above Ground” bundle but unfortunately I don’t see the option. Wish there was still a way to request it.
I’m hoping they rotate out these items every so often as it would be amazing to see much needed items pop up. I’ll do some research and see if they have done this in the past. I know they used to have all items up at one point

Once you have replied back to the ticket you just need to wait for support to get to your ticket. Make sure you have the atoms in your account that will cover your ticket request 3) right now, due to the DLC dropping, ticket times have gone from 7 days or so to 2-3 weeks in hearing. Mine is currently on day 12. Seems weekends do NOT count. :(

This depends on luck, my friends have been requesting to buy responders bundle for over a year but still haven't received it.

this this a while a go and still waiting on my items, so yes it is possible but bring a lot of Patience with you it can take days i heard even weeks
