Ya know, I wasn't alive during the Nicktoons Network era along with The N (despite the fact I was born in 2009). If I got the chance, I would rebrand Nicktoons back to Nicktoons Network, and revive Noggin and The N. And also rebrand Boomerang (because Boomerang friggin sucks now.). I would change it back to what they were like, with a drop of a new vibe. I'm talkin' the era's that people grew up with, to get that nostalgia vibe goin'. Would you guys do the same?
I’ve actually been thinking of a cable box that can go back to any exact time of tv being invented in the future. Month, day, year, hour, minute, and second. God I wish that were real.
Nicktoons was like the adult swim of the nickelodeon umbrella. They weren't concerned with making a profit, so they went all out trying to make their presentation as creative as possible. This ended around 2010 when it rebranded to be more in line with the other networks and became a shell of its former self.
The current Nicktoons is definitely not the same. I really would be watching it everyday if they brought this era of Nicktoons back as permanent reruns.
I’ll never forget this era Nicktoons Network (2005-2009). I loved the variety of Nicktoons programming we got back in those days before SpongeBob came in and destroyed the Nickelodeon brand as a whole. I’m so thankful in particular that my 2 younger brothers were able to watch all the classic Nicktoons that I had watched in the 90s since the main Nick channel was already migrating the older stuff to this channel, much like how CN migrated its older toons to Boomerang. And as a pre-teen/teen watching Nicktoons Network, I loved the offbeat and cohesive bumpers and branding - the channel lost its appeal to me once it rebranded and dropped the Network moniker (and most of its archival programming).
Nicktoons back then: a booming utopia fun bumpers not afraid to spice things up a awesome line up of shows to mix and match Nicktoons today: on life support, dying feel off badly
Nicktoons Network back then: Filled a verity of shows from the iconic to the classic to the obscure. Nicktoons today: The network where Nickelodeon dumps its other shows that are not SpongeBob or the Loud House where they die a slow and painful death.
If only I can go back in time, Nicktoons had some much back then. The bumpers were creative and fun, the network had so much variety. It’s depressing seeing how much Nicktoons had fallen especially it’s only used for Nickelodeon to dump their newer stuff

I grew up watching the old nicktoons network. It was way much better than the current nicktoons. I used to enjoy listening to the "up next," "we'll be right back," and "we're back" bumpers for some of the shows (SpongeBob, Jimmy Neutron, etc.). Channels like that were the golden years. It was nostalgic. The same with Noggin, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Disney Channel, Playhouse Disney, PBS Kids, Comedy Central, CW, CW 4Kids, Discovery Kids, MTV, GSN, LMN, IFC, AMC, Syfy, USA, WUSA, CBS, Destination America, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery, had some of the best shit back in the old days. Now it's just the same crappy shit I see on television to this day, and that the old shit has either been banned, canceled, unaired or forgotten from those channels (Nickelodeon, Nicktoons, Disney Channel & Cartoon Network, especially), and from our memories. Our childhood generation has already been smoldering into pieces. And it seems like to me that television wasn't the only thing the new generation has ruined (it ruined video games, too).
Hey Nicktoons Network! There HAVEN'T Been a Single found of the Fairly Odd Parents Up Next Bumper nearly Anywhere! Will Someone Find this Bumper to Seized the Collection?! Plus, I Love your Channel!
between the nicktoons network bumpers and the blue primetime ones i'm glad i grew up with those. the current brand seems watered down and "kewl" and it just doesn't fit the programming they have anymore. it feels like they just gave up on nicktoons to make it a toon graveyard tbh
Unlike my Fanmade channel, Cartoon Nothing, which is more of toon heaven, honestly, due to the fact that it takes the “The Home Of The Top Toon Stars” phrase with a heavy emphasis.
Again. Same to see so much stuff, yet with so little views. THIS took a lot of time! Like the Mega Punch and Shadow Ball Pokemon Stadium animations, compared to the Mega Kick video.
These bumpers are pretty unique, a creative branding mixed with pretty comical lines, this was a time where Nicktoons actually felt different from normal Nick, unlike today where they only use it to put shows they don't care about anymore. If i was american and a kid during this period, I'd probably be watching Nicktoons Network more than normal Nick.
