This is a fantastic tutorial video and we greatly appreciate your honest review of Component Studio. We will be sharing this with our community through our newsletter and our social media channels. We're glad you like the software and the experience. Great job!
Thanks! This video really jump started my journey with Component Studio. I had a deck of 36 cards with about 10 elements created and exported to The Game Crafter within my first day!
Thank you for this video. Learned how to use nandeck from this channel and this is just what I was looking for in deciding whether to try this app as well.
I haven't used it extensively enough to really give a fair comparison, but I can provide a few comparison data points: - nanDECK is Windows-only, CS2 is cross-platform since it is web-based - nanDECK work is all saved locally, CS2 is backed up in the cloud - nanDECK is free, CS2 is a paid subscription - CS2 user interface is more modern than nanDECK - CS2 is a little more encompassing with its ability to manage datasets - Design logic in nanDECK is more code-like, whereas CS2 abstracts more of the functionality into a user interface - nanDECK is a bit more battle-tested having been around a lot longer Maybe in the future I will feel like I have enough experience to make a more in-depth comparison. But both are excellent tools!

Glad to hear it, good luck with your project! 🙂 -Ryan
This seems like a good deal for all the features. I might get a subscription in January.
Thanks Ryan! Your videos on NanDeck and now CS2 have been well presented and extremely helpful.

@@LudoLodge Great introduction and thank you for your nandeck tutorials and the comparison between the two.
I'm adding images to cards, but every time i move to a new card, the old picture stays. It's like I can't have separate images for separate cards?
Keep this up!!! #NAME? *Promo sm*!!!
