I am by no means a hitman expert, but there is a range in which the npcs can notice a body. I noticed you wasted a lot of shots distracting an npc that wouldn’t have been able to see you shoot a guard. If anybody sees this, take this into account if you’re thinking about going for the 1 million + points achievement on this map.

Not exactly the method I used to get SA on that mission, but still very umpressive shooting. It is all about picking your targets when they are alone and this game mode is much more forgiving than regular game.

The most inaccurate thing here is that this is Singapore, yet there are mountains in the background, and random piles of garbage everywhere
The only reason I'm not playing this game is its blatant Orientalism. Singapore and Chongqing map for example.
