Well... you just need to smuggle in a pistol into the villa, which is easy using a suitcase either by tossing it over the wall before the frisk OR laying it down on the floor before initiating the frisk (if you're playing Hitman 1 then you'll have to have the ICA smuggle one into the villa itself). Also, if you don't have the poison remote mine then there is rat poison inside the café or just under it around the bathrooms. You'll need to disguise yourself as a waiter to put the poison in the coffee on the only unoccupied table without arousing suspicion. At that point, just do as AJ does and wait in the bathroom that the doctor goes to when he gets sick.
Also, there's no time limit on getting the doctor's cloths as long as you don't trigger his phone call conversation. So, you can prepare things to gain access to the underground lab before getting started on the challenge proper.
@@Techhunter_Talon I dont own the game, just enjoy watching gameplay. As someone who doesnt play I dont know what the challenges are so I was just looking them up before the vid to see what it is

When did they add the car exit back into Sapienza? I remember they had to remove it for a long time because they couldn’t fix the bug where you’d run over an npc while leaving and lose your SA rating
They brought it back since HITMAN 2, at least. Maybe even earlier than that
@@capital_of_texas are you certain? Cause I remember it being removed in 2. They tried to fix it a bunch in 1 and never got it right from what I recall
@@LGCPz Hmh. I remember it on H2, but maybe it was during the 2019 roadmap changes. Because I remember them annoucning saying that they've fixed it, and originally, that guy's death wouldn't be counted towards your final score. But I think after that, they changed his movements so it doesn't count anymore
Wait are you guys talking about how when at the start you go to that car AXIDENT and the dilivery man has flowers. Bc it was only if you made him move or I went to it and every time all I do I shoot once with my gold baller and make a discretion then when he moves I exit so he won't get hit. Or if you want to be a crazy and don't like the point of Hitman you can just k0ll all of them but you will loose your rating

Did you have to do this mission like 20 times to have access to all the gadgets used?
I completed it like 34 times im mastery 17 and i can speedrun it in like.. 4-5 minutes
All the gadgets are gotten from the mastery levels from other missions. Basically you just have to complete all the mission stories (with some other achievements sometimes) to get the stuff you need.
Does it have to be silent assassin for this to work it won’t unlock for me?

In that model ship in Caruso's room he shot there's a hidden virus made to kill specifically Francesca, so he just got that and threw it near her
Silvio was manufacturing a small sample of the Ether virus that had Francesca's DNA, which was intended to kill her

How did u kill francesca?
When he first went up to the bedroom, rather just wait for Caruso, he went into that closet and shot that ship model. Hidden in there is a throwable poison vial. It's the virus from the lab but made just for Francesa. There's some hints around the map that you can pick up on that it exists. I only found it after seeing it on RUclips a bunch. Throw it at her, near her or anywhere she will walk and she dies instantly as an accident death. Guards will find her body but you keep silent assassin assuming you have it. It's a great way to do SASO on this map!!

It’s a hidden version of the ether virus coded to her. You can throw it on the floor and when she gets near it she’ll die. It won’t kill anyone else

PLEASE, CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME ???? I got hitman 3 couple months ago, and i could play ONLY the first 3 missions, all other missions of the story I can’t play because of “get access” !!!! I don’t have Psn as a personal choice, I’ve connected my ps4 to Internet though!!!! But I simply cannot play the other missions of the story.... Look. I don’t care about playing missions of hitman 1 and 2 in 3, I don’t care about playing the new missions/contracts available, i don’t care about my score of the previous games in H3, I don’t care about exclusive outfits or weapons or other things available only with online stuff etc.THE ONLY thing i want is to play other 3 missions of the story, I’ve played up to the mission of Berlin. now missions 4,5,6... nothing, just get access!!! I clicked the Internet stuff etc and it got an error.... I’ve tried everything but nothing. Very sad cause the game IS amazing but i never finished it because I can’t play the other missions of the story, only the first 3 !!! If someone can help me, please. I wanna play it offline, BY THE WAY: my hitman 3 copy is PHYSICAL MEDIA OF COURSE !!!! like i said I don’t care about the things you get only online but just the story missions !!!

from what i'm reading from this videos title, I say whitout watching it... like it's even a challenge to get silent assassin on catharsis or .45 Therapy, because it's really not. Just hide the bodies, and do some sneaking if it's needed. Like we have done for the last twenty years. Hitman videos are so common now, i wonder what these creators even think when they do what already have been done so many times before. What happend to some originality? The mission it self is almost six years old, so c 'mon. But no, pick the old (2016) mission story on Silent Assassin, like it was something new or uniqe to master. It's absurd!

Hmm well I do like hitman 3 but with hitman one there is less items Wich makes it really hard for a hitman to kill there target so let's say I was going to kill curusso from sampainzo in hitman 3 you could use your lethal injection gun and use the hitman suit case so when you do frisking you don't get caught with a gun then lick up the gun. Easy. But with hitman 1 you don't have thoes item's bc in hitman 1 you can't put things down you have to throw them down and if you want to curruso you would have to discise as doctor to kill him and go in then talk to him and when he says his father is bad that's when you kill him bc If you don't the Gards that have the ⚪ Wich means they know your not a doctor will come in to take curruso back and they will catch you but that's why I love hitman one bc how much harder it is
