Only really a thing in Hitman 2 and 3. The Hitman 1 levels are as they were in the original release of the game other than the addition of a few things.

Mind you, that would increase costs because you'd have to hire people from those regions to provide the voices (or get people that can provide a passable imitation). Either way, happy that Hitman 2 and 3 fixed this and generally the guards and civilians do not have the same voices from the first in this trilogy.

You can also make the chief surgeon kill Soders by showing him that Soders killed his father. You just need to retrieve a USB from Yamazaki's room and make the USB play in the place where the chief surgeon works.
At 3:00 you run down a hallway and there's a medicine cabinet that is usually on the wall in front of you (with a wrench inside)... but it isn't there for you? Super strange.

when you cause her to go into lockdown(he did it by shooting near them), she will try and escape with the lift. Shooting it three times will break it and whoever is inside it will die
Shooting the cable car arm while she's escaping (panicked and escaped due to the gunshots near her) will cause it to come loose and shoot down the line and forcefully plop her onto the mountain
