I've gone through this level multiple times and had no idea about the platforming area, I always thought that was just a dead end. Crazy how there's still new stuff to learn about the map design even years later.
physical skills that need to be 'work-on-able': - speed - resistance to knockdown - resistance to each type of weapon damage (requires being hit by that type to improve) - improved darkvision (not work-on-able while using any equipable light-increasing items)
