Anything that means more AR Proformance videos is a good thing in my view! So if that means some short videos in between the longer ones, then I’m all for it! :)
Nice one! This is actually what I am working right now with my coach. It has made a huge difference on my game and it has improved my focus and concentration a lot. Last month I had to play 4 players that I knew were better than me and that I was probably going to lose all of them. Previously, I arrived to those type of matches already dead, not very motivated and in an automatic mode. We started training this and last month even if the results were not the best, I fought like never before, and was super close to win 2 matches and the other two I won many many points and some sets. My rivals told me afterwards that they surprised on my level from one month to another and that I was going to beat them next time if I continue playing like that. Side note, I love your content! Keep going!!
Thank you for the kind words Fabio! It's amazing and inspiring to hear about your progress, commitment to improve, and shift in mindset on the squash court. Well done! Please drop another comment as you keep forging ahead. Take care, - Ahad
I think there are room for both formats! Keep up the good work! Oh, btw. For these short videos, also try making a RUclips Short version. Might reach more people.
I like both forms of content but think the 10 minutes mark is a good balance between detail and expediency. However, I do really appreciate the deep dives that you do.
Its such a good tactic to put even more pressure on after playing a loose ball. At my level, chances are the opponent will over react and put their next attack in the tin.
Love long forms, but never find the time to finish in one sitting. Short 2 min clips on a single technique would be much appreciated. Long forms can also be broken into 2-3 part series, so you finish one and then find time for next part.
Appreciate the suggestion. I'll keep doing my best to share in a variety of forms. I posted my first "RUclips Short" today. Let's see if people take to that medium (similar concept and content to this Joel Makin video, but as a short). Let me know how you like it! Take care, - Ahad
I like this style for quick fixes in between the longer videos. If there is only one style going forward, I think a sweet spot would be around 3-4 minutes.
Love your long form vids, but a lot of times I need a squash fix on a coffee break so this vid is definitely appreciated
Noted! Appreciate the feedback 🙏🏼
@@ARProformance I concur with the comment by Jim Morrison.

Absolutely correct! Even high level players are susceptible to that. Great point,
- Ahad
Do both formats man!
Thanks man! Will do 👊🏼
I find it easier to digest a one subject and short ,
Thank you for the feedback Saman. Did you enjoy the RUclips short I uploaded last week?
