The MFJ-1778 G5RV Wire Antenna is a multi-band, center-fed dipole antenna capable of 1,500 watts. It is 102 feet long and is designed to be used as an inverted vee or sloper to be more compact. It can be used on all bands from 160-10 meters with a wide-range antenna tuner.
The G5RV antenna is a popular choice for amateur radio operators because it is relatively inexpensive and easy to set up. It is also a good performer in many bands, although it is not the best performer in any one band.

I have a G5RV full size and I wanted to know what the best length of coax should be? is there a minimum or maximum length' should i use a Balun? many thanks
Hi, I'm so sorry I did not get back to I run other RUclips channels and it is really hard for me to keep up with the comments and to comment on every one.
I'm sure you may have your answer by now but hope that I'm right, But my guess is 50 to 75 feet (15 to 23 meters) from your radio setup to the point where the G5RV's feed line terminates. If I'm wrong I'm sure I will be corrected by someone who sees this lol
The balun at the feed point should effectively match the impedance of the antenna to your coaxial cable and is recommended. I hope this helps. And sorry for not reaching out sooner.
