Anytime they talk about marriage age it’s in their bible they are pretending that it’s not in here but they can assume that a man is God even if the man never claim to be God..
1 Corinthians 7:35-36
35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction.
36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry.
According to the above verses if she pass the flower of her age which is her first period which can start from 7 years upwards depending on the environment and her nature ,she can marry.......

Objectively biologically and if the maturity level is there. A person becomes an adult at puberty. In societies of the past that was the standard. After a Time the society decided that the age of an adult was 14 16 18 21 whatever. So we follow the ruling of the state country and of society today. So whatever the legal age is for marriage today in whatever country you're in. That's when you're allowed to get married islamically.
