- Lets rewind time to almost a DECADE ago to one of the hottest art trends at the time: PAINTING WITH NAIL POLISH! But its not just any nail polish!!! It's actually CRAYOLA nail polish, imported for a horrifying $20 from the USA. But at least they threw in a few extra bonuses to make it worth our while.. stay tuned to see what those are LOL.

Heh heh, fun! I haven't painted with nail polish, but I did drip it into my Create This Book once for the drip page. That page stank for months and months, lol.

I'm pretty sure you can get just the brush themselves like a whole pack they're called "spoolies", so you don't have to waste the mascara and can have a little bunch of them to use

September is the perfect month for a month long Steph celebration. It is her birthday month after all, but that's not all. I find that September is a very nostalgic feeling month.

To be fair, this is sally hansen brand nail polish which is a really good brand. They just did a collab with crayola. So the color is crayola but not the product.
Adam and Steph, I've watched your videos for years dating back to when I was a young teen, right around that 2016 era. I recently got back into watching art videos while I do my uni coursework, going for graphic design. So it's great to be creative alongside two of my favorite artists. I totally forgot about Dr. Lobster, I'm adding that to my redbubble wish list.

I can’t remember exactly when it was, but the talk about 2016 reminded me of when you had a PO box. I was starting to gather a parcel to send to you. In the end I didn’t have the courage to send it. Sending it would have been expensive anyways😅 If you wonder what I would have sent to you, it was a pencil that had erazer as the lead in the middle and this kind of coloured pencil blender wax pen thing.

The blue mascara is so funny! It was a huge trend in the 80's here and it came back around in the early 2010s. My eyelashes were always so long I never needed mascara and I was so disappointed when the colors came back around that they were all lengthening formulas, at least at my stores.

Wow the cost of nail polish in the UK has really inflated 😂 though i had a whole rainbow of Crayola scented nail polish that i probably paid the same amount for back in 2014. I miss those but not the smell for sure.

Fun fact! How erasers work is that graphite/pigment sticks to the eraser more than to paper. So, anything that doesn't have a strong hold on paper can potentially be erased

Make-up is difficult to import/export and with nail polish, there are some ingredients that are restricted. It also depends on whether the any of the ingredients or the full product are tested on animals - when there is a ban on testing on animals, that usually covers import and export, too, not just what's manufactured in the country.

Now just to be clear I’m in Australian so I’m probably insulting myself when I say this, but I believe the reason Crayola is so hard to get in the UK is because the UK has actual standards of quality control.
You can not get Crayola products in your country because your country knows what good for their citizens.
