I now know what's wrong with my lawn. It's not next to a HUGE house with a tennis/basketball court, pool, etc... I absolutely love this series!!
Mine too..!!!😂
That guy seems so unemotional and kinda unhappy imo.
I would be ecstatic and thrilled if I had Ginja at my home to fix my lawn with such an incredible game plan!
He's fantastic little overworked and camera shy 🤭
@@PestandLawnGinja that makes sense, I would be a bit upset with all the time, money and effort that he put in and to have it not turn out like he hoped can be extremely frustrating.
I am excited to see his progress in this project, keep up the great work! =]
Bro- you got me doing soil tests on MY DAUGHTERS LAWN!! 😂 It def needs to be dethatched 😂😂
I don’t have lawn problems because I watch your channel
My man! 💪 🤩
This was a tough one with multiple factors. It seems like improperly sodded lawns can be a real nightmare. I remember those streaks in your front yard, for example. Are these kinds of problems commonly caused by Contractors not adequately preparing the undersoil?
Like placing an ill-fitting toupee on top of a man with an 80's hair band hairdo. It just ain't gonna cut it.
I'll have some follow-up videos going more in depth of what is going on with those areas. You won't be super surprised ☺️
We asked for it, and the Ginja answered!
💯
Excellent analysis! As always Love this series
Much appreciated!
He got everything wrong in his diagnosis. What is to love?
@@toddsreellawn8905 94 subscribers I would be jealous of his channel too right now
Heya, Ginja!
Every time you do a vid on the five steps of basic diagnosis, I have to watch as a sort of refresher. Thanks for this one. This project looks like it's going to be epic!
Just a quick suggestion on camera work...When your customer is in frame, looking at them instead of the cam is a bit more personal.
We're going to listen anyway, so no need to try making us feel included in your conversation.
Love the feedback. Thanks
looks like a project... if the sprinkler spacing is poor what ya gonna do? Best layout for that area is 4 heads in a row on 1 zone... Or best for a sport area is underground drip.
You'll have to wait and see 😆
I’m disappointed this video wasn’t made awhile back so we could see the time progression of the work that was done and more importantly the results. Although, TBH I learned alot about what is and isn’t happening with my own lawn. 😊
I hear yah. I'll be doing follow-up videos on the progress
I would say also some of that yellow spot is just people running on it too much in some areas I'd be curious to know what kind of grass it is as well
Could be for sure. It's Kentucky bluegrass
Let’s see if this works.
Day one of asking the ginja to come to my house
water pressure issues, how many heads per valve?
We will be getting into that!
Tell us you're in Utah without telling us you're in Utah. The massive property sizes tell much! Hopefully he waters using Utah Lake water. ;)
😆
Sod? Grow from seed if all possible..
It was originally sold yes. Love me a good seed project
How do we get you to come out to our house?
He'll be there right after he's finished with mine 😂😂😂😂😂

Can we get a link to the homeowner's real reaction to this? I bet he thinks the ginja is just a pest. The way you talk to him is horrible. You don't go to someone's house and tell them you are going to polish a turd. You don't laugh at him when you tell him his irrigation is screwed. Brown patch with no humidity and bad irrigation? You don't aerate for a solution to his problems. #narcissist
Wishing you a great day
Careful - he might get you with that elbow. 🫨
@@dm42676 I'm not his kid though.
…. This video could’ve been 1 minute long. Audit the irrigation.
this series isn't for everyone. thanks for the feedback
@@PestandLawnGinja who would you say this series is for then? I just find it hard to believe the steps you’re doing have little impact in regard to the turf quality. He has circles that would indicate irrigation issues. There’s no debris on that yard and you claim it’s locking up the soil?? Homeowner looked pissed and confused. Can’t wait for pt. 2 - on this episode we added fertilizer and fixed the irrigation. Yard fixed.
@dylanmiller8592 glad to see your wanting to watch episode 2. Have a great day
@@PestandLawnGinja thank you for answering and addressing my questions. If this turf thing doesn’t work out for you, perhaps you could look into a future in politics. 🫡
@dylanmiller8592 good luck on your next gas lighting session 🧌
