Thank you, Mr Ford, for this deeply moving and beautiful message. We all need nature, not only for life, but for the renewal of our souls, hearts and minds. Beautiful message. ❤️❤️❤️
My husband has ADHD, depression and was on medication for many years. When we moved and he had to get a new Doctor. Unfortunately because my husband was nearly 68, the Doctor said ADHD medication was not recommended for someone his age and he wouldn't renew his prescription. The Dr didn't even offer to wean him off the meds! He left him with no meds and had him go. God so kind a friend recommended us to mushrooms (psilocybin) precisely. After his experience with shrooms five years ago till now there's no more ADHD, depression and mental disorder. Shrooms are life changing. There is no way you can put into words what it feels like..
Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
Yes sure of mycologist hamidshade43. I have the same experience with anxiety, addiction. Shrooms can really help break the spell. Whatever spell you may be under.
This is so moving and the tears are flowing. Harrison Ford, this will forever be my favorite footage of you on screen. Thank you and thanks to the foundation.
Thank You for drawing my attention to this channel. I’m going to subscribe right now. Thank You for valuing our planet, and what makes it so special. Beautiful video! 💙🌎🌱🌳💙🦋
During my 74 years, I spent a lot of time outdoors paddling, bicycle touring and backpacking in remote, wild places and it pains me to see our impact on other species resulting in the 6th great extinction we are now seeing unfold. Extinction is forever.
E.O. Wilson was one of my dad's idols. Wilson introduced us to the idea of ecology - the idea that ecosystems are super organisms of organisms, just as we organisms are super organisms to our cells.
Utterly beautiful, and the words spoken by Harrison Ford are deeply moving & inspiring. I'm reminded of some of the final words in the almost forgotten late 1970s TV series called, "Centennial" that say, "...a river is something that must be defended every inch of it's course." Thank you.
Wow, Mr. Ford! I didn't know you cared about this. Bravo! Thank you! I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said. As a naturalist who hears the quiet and sees the wondrous complexity and intricacy of which you speak, I often feel like a voice crying in the wilderness. I am very glad to know that there are others who see it, too.
Our indigenous First Nations friends have been saying and living this for centuries now... "Let us protect Mother Earth for the next seven generations."
Mr. Harrison Ford, an amazing actor, professional and human being. My hero ever since I saw " Blade Runner", the original movie, right in New York. Thank you for an amazing video/
Thank you for the reminder that our wellbeing is and always will be tethered to the wellness of the land and earth life systems that support us. We hold amazing possibilities as a keystone species on this planet, now let's step into that potential. It's time to leverage our knowledge, our hearts, and our will to leave something good for future generations.
This is so touching. We cannot be reminded of these important blessings enough. We should nt have to be - Thank you Harrison Ford. This was beautiful and haunting. The best to you always. ❤️☮️
This video needs many more views and absolutely a like from each and every viewer! How does this video only have 1k likes, when there are 7.3 views? Bless Harrison Ford and the E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation.
Unimaginable how “drill baby drill” still resonates when compared to the magic of what is out there in this vast world that really does provide all we have ever known. That which really does deserve our care. For the love of god wake up people. Wake. Up.
If we aren’t here to love, what else? Not to get love, not to attain it. It's only through love-ing, the action, that we live our true nature, that we understand and care for all nature. Thank you, E.O. Wilson, for your wisdom, light, and inspiration 🙏🏼
Thank you! Beautifully and thoughtfully written and read. Isn't it interesting how human beings go into space seeking life when we have such an abundance of it here on our home planet. Yet we're destroying so many species every day. I know that those listening to this quiet message share in the hope that we all slow down and listen to the natural world around us. We have such a beautiful planet. Best wishes!
Hi Harrison. I'm 73, and was totally in love with your screen image in your heyday.so many Celebs, in their senoir years are online like everyone else, putting out there opinion and advice in equal measure. My age know your Greatness. The younger age groups don't know you. We are all wanting to be current, wanting to not be cast aside and forgotten. We are all, sooner or later, cast aside and forgotten - whether rich or poor; famous or infamous. All of us. It is the way our human society treats us oldies. And it is terrible. The younger ones see: 'AGE', and refuse to see, value, respect - anything else.
James Lovelock’s book Gaia should be mandatory reading in high school. The Earth’s ecosystem is not designed to protect human life above any other. We would not be missed.
Profoundly true Harrison. Truly appreciated this thought and request. In the Quiet is truly the only place in which Excellence is found. A rare and precious gem in this noisy and loud world now!
All things bright and beautiful, All creatures great and small, All things wise and wonderful, The lord God made them all. We are to be steward's, not abusers, of Gaia and all her inhabitants! Thank you Mr. Ford. ✨💛✨
Sir, I don‘t have to watch this video until the end. I am from Germany and just a few days ago one of the most fearful interviews in the history of German American history has been published. Our planet is at war with the evil forces of greed. I don’t understand how rational thought and mindful science can be under such attacks. Especially if we consider, that we have the most advanced information technology that humans have ever created. I hope with all my heart, that mankind will understand that we have to adjust our lives on this planet. It’s so hard to swallow, that there have been countless efforts to stop this madness. Sir, please, call up all the good forces that are left. It’s time to fight back. We have to compound the minds of western citizens with good thoughts as hard as lost spirits are trying the opposite by sending fear and lies to trigger emotions. Emotions sell best in this mad mad world…. There is not much time left. By the way, to see my childhood hero nearly cry with every line he is trying to say, makes me cry too. You are a true rebel sir! I salute you for your bravery. We will meet in this lifetime or in eternity. 🖖
It is up to you or me as an individual to call on the higher forces to bring the light to this planet. The light is stronger than the dark ✨️ just remember that. Join the lightworkers on this planet as we are rising along with the planet..out of this darkness. Fear and despair will not serve anyone but the dark forces. 🙏✨️✨️💖💖
You're on the right track. But just keep in mind that this is an actor you're listening to, and most if not all famous actors and celebrities are puppets of those who destroy everything.
Hello Mr Ford! I will never forget the eco system you shared down at El Rancho Deluxe! I have the most vivid memories of the Elk bugling, the rookery and the beautiful lil cabins in the back. So long ago but such a special time in my life…… the very best to you and your family this new year!
My father taught me to have a fond appreciation for nature; for the little things, as Mr. Ford says often here. When I go running I always end my runs, taking in all the small but extremely beautiful things; the birds, the insects, the flowers, the trees, even the puffy clouds. But seeing how man treats God’s creation today, this Island home called Earth, I’m afraid that we’ve become unworthy of that which He has given us stewardship over, this beautiful planet, it’s creatures and abundant resources. Lord forgive us for the poor care we’ve given our home.
E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation & Mr Harrison Ford Thank you Thank you Thank you! I too will always remember this as your best Harrison Ford. My heart is sad & aches for our blessed earth. Love blessings & light to you🩵
Every day I sit under old growth cedars by a brook and be embraced by our mother. She’s so amazing and full of delightful surprises. Thank you Mr Ford.🙏🏼
E.O. Wilson was my favorite kind of person. Smart, with a big heart. I recommend all of his writings for anyone with a passion for our beautiful, and imperiled, natural world.
On the topic of avoiding wars, our future president Trump is talking about invading other countries and taking their land. People must learn not to vote for those types of politicians. It doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a democrat. Let's stand together and vote for what helps us all. Bless you Mr. Ford... so deeply, deeply grateful for your voice, a bridge into the silence and symphony of life! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Greetings & blessings from Bolivia.
Beautifully expressed. Thank you. There is no separation between humans and Earth. The connection is profound. My heart is aching as California burns, as I see so many harmed waters and wildlife, so fewer birds. The ignorance of people. 😢
Brilliant! Could not agree more, Harrison. Thank you for spreading this vital message. 21 years of meditation practice and still in awe of the sound of silence. Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! 🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for this beautiful message and the beauty of our world presented to our eyes to remember to cherish what's been given and what needs to be loved, cared for and respected. May God be with you and all who are now facing trials on this earth. Not because of God, but because of mans pollution and a darkness setting deep within their very souls. Yet here you show the best of us and it give me hope.
Well said, Harrison. Thank you. I've never understood why humans work so hard against their own self interest. Everyone needs to watch this video. Again I say Thank You. ~ Deborah
TY Mr. Ford. I loved E.O. Wilson. Still have my copy of The Ants. Biodiversity has always been my first love….that and evolution. Mom said I came out that way. Anyway…I appreciate you so much for making this video. We are in the midst of a cataclysmic extinction event, one I hope we can reverse.
I spent about 3 months of last year outdoors, camping wild for the most part. It was rejuvenating. It was beautiful. It was wonderful. Love this video and the work to preserve the natural world for future generations. Thanks
Your heart felt words have moved me heart and soul. I have felt this cry for a while now and am so glad others are hearing this call too. Thank you for bringing this message out to the world so we can be the change that shifts the balance. Namaste
Lord hear this man ive been there 10 years protecting the peace of your mind praying to Jesus an love your family hug love an slow down please in Jesus name
I live in a 1910-built small cottage (I own) in the middle of a 55-acre orchard (I don't own) with 27,000 fruit trees in Canada. One friend visiting said he couldn't stand the sound of the silence. Other guests drink it up like they are dying of thirst. Am hoping that, when I die, the next owner will feel as deeply as I do about preserving this little antidote to civilization...
we have been trying for the same thing for a thousand years, many videos like this on the internet, IT DOESN'T WORK Real change must happen within us, not in the outer world Eckhart Tolle
Proud to be part of this culture: a culture of a reverence for nature, speaking the spiritual truths of our finitude and interconnectedness, honoring nature with film and music, and calling for right action in a calm and unifying way.
Beautiful. Thank you for helping to create this important reminder to all people everywhere, that we are all one world's inhabitants, and not a place merely to exploit beyond repair for their personal gain. We are merely stewards of our planet for future generations. It is our turn to care of it, and it in turn, will care for us. Everything is reciprocal.
Someone famous once said that the best thing in life that we could ever do was to always be ready to be in awe of the universe and the natural world around us. Perhaps it was Carl Sagan or even Arthur C Clark. Who ever said it, thank you. Your quote has never left me and never let me down. To you Harrison, thank you for so many great films and wonderfully performed characters.
This was powerful. A thousand years from now, if all that remains of Mr. Ford's onscreen gifts is only this snippet of meditation, they will be astounded at the character of this man, now dust, who once addressed his fellow and sister human beings ... with a reminder. We are all temporary, and all around us is also temporary. But the Earth abides, and Mother Nature always seeks balance.
Bless you Harrison, those who contributed to this project, and those who "get" the greater picture and dialogues. Including your loved ones and meaningful connections.
This was so beautiful and true. Nature is awe inspiring if only you let yourself look at what's around you. Listening, aa he said, is both calming and profound. I miss the woods near my then house but I can go to a nearby park. It's saddening to see trees cut down for they give us oxygen, shade and are habitats for birds, squirrels and the like. And trees give us shade. Our waters are polluted by humans. This earth is all we have.
Thank you! I look forward to sharing this. I would imagine most are aware of this but unfortunately many ARE but don't take it seriously. So reminders like this one - so beautifully done - must be passed on!!! Blessings to all Beings.
Mr. Harrison this video is beautiful and made me remember hearing the crickets outside my bedroom when I was a child; thank you! I am now a senior citizen age adult ♥️
May this beautiful hopeful message find its way to the people in power who can help protect our natural world. I pray it does. Thank you for making it. Sending love.
Thank you, Mr Ford, for this deeply moving and beautiful message. We all need nature, not only for life, but for the renewal of our souls, hearts and minds. Beautiful message. ❤️❤️❤️

Certainly, he's an exceptional mycologist, and i highly recommend his expertise.
Where do I reach this dude? If possible can I find him on insta?
Thank you. We have two moral and strategic imperatives -- to take care of each other and to take care of our home. We largely fail at both.
A profound & beautiful message, thank you 🙏
So sorry you were impacted by the devastating fires. Praying for you and yours, Mr. Ford.
I wish the elites and the greedy and rich would listen. I wish everyone could hear this, hear it with their heart and soul. ❤ Thank you Harrison.
The elites are not os the same fabric as humans. Team Dark and Team Light.
Well I dont know. The revenue from elites fund countries and their economies. Whether you like it or not.
Thank you Harrison Ford so beautifully and movingly said ❤🕊❤
it's the one thing that some over-look about Harrison; his beautiful intonation, his voice.
Nature is the only truth.
This is so moving and the tears are flowing. Harrison Ford, this will forever be my favorite footage of you on screen. Thank you and thanks to the foundation.
Same here deeply touched by sound of silence grateful
Thank you
That is a profound statement... that this is your favorite footage of him on screen.

I totally agree. Thank you!
Ele tenta a todo custo abrir os olhos das pessoas em relação ao nosso planeta❤
Mr. Ford, you’re one of few celebrities I really admire and respect in this world
As one who lives deep in the woods in a little log cabin, I love this message!
As long as the message doesn’t mean lots of folks turn up around your log cabin eh?
Thank you and hope MANY will see and deeply understand what this really means to all of the souls including the grasses , waters, ants…everything
Wherever you live, get outside and find the natural world. Slow down and appreciate with all your senses. Champion biodiversity around the world.

Yes, Yes, Yes. Let's all be disciples of NATURE and listen to the quiet!
I love to listen to the quiet- we are not the only living things and species. I so appreciate you saying this.

James Lovelock’s book Gaia should be mandatory reading in high school. The Earth’s ecosystem is not designed to protect human life above any other. We would not be missed.
The only problem with this idea is that people take it to mean we are too inconsequential to do any real harm.
Thank you my friend. I read it years ago and it really made a huge impression on me. A brilliant book.

Great video. So important to also listen to the quietest voices in the room too
As a loudmouth myself, I learned that it's the quiet person who knows what's going on, so listen to them.
Thank you.
May humans respect all other humans, other forms of life and the earth, which sustains us, now and into the future.

The first thing we have to do is to stop these stupid wars on our planet and to use these energy to restore nature … ❤
Yeeeessss!!
On the topic of avoiding wars, our future president Trump is talking about invading other countries and taking their land. People must learn not to vote for those types of politicians. It doesn't matter if you're a Republican or a democrat. Let's stand together and vote for what helps us all. Stop letting them divide us with all of the fake topics and rhetoric that is just meant to distract us.

Heartwarming words, Dear Harrison:
💛MERCI!💛MERCI💛MERCI💛
We are a part of this world and whatever dismisses it, diminishes us.
Spectacular! Magnificent! Good form Mr. Ford! 🌎🙏🌛🌞🌞
I firmly believe that those of us who realize the reason for our being here are connected to the strings of the universe.
PROFOUND!
How profoundly beautiful. 😊We could all do to listen to Harrison’s wisdom.
Thanks Indy, nicely done. 🌱 Ecology is the key 🌼🕊
Great message. Hopeful, inspiring, peaceful !!! Thank you.
Beautiful and moving. Thank you.
I'm getting ASMR vibes from this, also very peaceful.
May this beautiful hopeful message find its way to the people in power who can help protect our natural world. I pray it does. Thank you for making it. Sending love.
