Click "lighten" in your opacity bud
@@antonioyuel that’s not even what you do there is a white screen for a reason bud click chroma key then the color picker put your color picker on the white screen and intensity 100

You can use the Multiply blending mode. Hope it helps!
@@ForFilmCreation hi, thanks so much for replying! very gorgeous overlay by the way. i did try the Multiply blending mode but unfortunately a part of my clip still appears on top the overlay (like it's see through). i might have to find some other way to get rid of that beside changing the blending mode, i tried simple masking and it's a quick fix but i'm a beginner at ae anyway, i suspect there's a better way. please let me know if you have any ideas, i'd really appreciate it!
@@dilasyt There are many ways in AE to get to the same point. After many years working in Post, what you are saying is the way I would do it: using a mask. unfortunately the video is not alpha and you are right that black can show through so a mask is the best. way to get rid of the black frame. I'm sorry about that and good luck. Any other question we'll be aware!!
