ATC speakers about US$ 25000 made in 🇬🇧 and 2 Krell mono block amp made in 🇺🇸 those are older model not sure the price when brand new maybe $US 40000 a pair. Audio Research + Krell preamp.... All the equipments in the picture plus cables might be $200000.00
It's all very well having a fantastic system but the music playing is mostly... crap. Well okay, it's not crap, but it's A1 grade recording quality. Music like that sounds fantastic on ANY system! Can your system play Maria Callas and her Berlin Lucia? Can it play Charlie Parker and Jay McShann "Swingmatism"? Can it play Deep Purple "Made in Japan"? Duke Ellington "Rockin' in Rhythm" from 1930? Sotiria Bellou from the 1950s? Music first young man, MUSIC first!
Then you want him to play crap recordings and change it to A1 grade. No system in the world can do that. People invest a lot of money on great systems to listen to great music and excellent recordings. If artists are too careless to have their music in good recordings, they don't deserve to be listen to. Who will spend money in buying crap recordings?
